I cannot explain how much I hate this app. It is completely worthless. None of my amazon products work and they are the least user friendly technology imaginable.
Alexa cannot no longer connect to Pandora when asked
Alexa used to play my Pandora music. Now I spend about 30 minutes each time I want to listen to Pandora by messing around wit the settings.
All I need to get by☺️

Stop changing it!
I hate this app. It used to be easy to find stuff. I could drop in on my kids to wake them up or talk to them. Now I can’t even find that feature. It’s so frustrating!

All of a sudden I’m listening to adverts after every record that’s not what I want

Nothing like the old Alexa. The new Alexa takes WAY TO MUCH EFFORT to accomplish anything. Very very glitchy. When I offer a request or command, I have to do it 2,3 or 4 times. It’s a nuisance.
Doesn't Analyze Well
Alexa has issues with logical analysis of what is being asked, short "listening" window, and quick to assume and run. The daily news brief is horrible, can't hear the "sound" of daily animal, doesn't recall preferences, or even my name... She needs some developer love and attention!

This app wasn't bad until it’s stopped working with for any smart home configuration such as lights.

Does not play my flash briefing at all. Have to repeat the scale I want to say several times. I’m on my app is incredibly confusing and not simple at all. Extremely frustrating.
