I’ve tried using this app since they’ve gone to this tab style and it’s just messy and slow and hard to use

Every time I try to open Apple Music Alexa says it’s not supported on this device despite Apple Music is linked to all of my devices. Very annoying!

What happened to the English accent? Hate the new female voice. Sounds more like AI. Not done well.
Alexa+ is the worst thing to happen.
I've been an Alexa user since 2018 and loved it previously, the alexa+ update absolutely ruins it. It doesn't work right, doesn't answer questions, the voice is awful and the app update with it is so frustrating. You can't even easily use the app anymore. Please stop pushing AI when so many people do NOT want it. Please return the app to its previously user friendly settings and stop pushing Alexa+ on people.

Really disappointed
Having real trouble with my Echo Studio

I bought this to be a clock display and I cannot seem to make it work. Very frustrating.
App is buggy, the assistant is bad and the bugs on the echo show 5 are worse.
The alarm system worked OK at first and now it is literally a nightmare trying to set alarms. I’ve woken up late, almost every single day for work because Alexa will have my alarm go off and in the middle of my alarm playing it will start playing another alarm and then shut itself down completely.

Not working with linked services.
For the past week I have had to relink different skills multiple times to get it to work with my devices and it is so frustrating. Now the app just crashes everytime I click into it. Fix the dang bugs!

Just go with any brand but Alexa
Alexa is the most terrible smart (dumb) system you can get. It is almost incompatible with any other brand. England, Fiet Electric, Vivint, Sonos, … you name it!

You chose to update which lost all settings and is impossible to reconfigure.

I really hate that it shows unwanted adverts in my own home and you can’t turn that off.

Great concept, lousy execution
The devices work fine. The app on the other hand is awful. It’s difficult to navigate. Rarely works the way it’s supposed to. It’s confusing. Overall a titanic disappointment from Amazon. Whoever created this app really didn’t try very hard in my opinion.
Sadly, there really is no alternative. So prepare for frustration if you use the app instead of the devices themselves.
