It rarely works now. I literally have to yell sometimes. Others I’m in a room and I say hey Alexa one in the other end of the house responds.

I paid for the Amazon unlimited music and it still gives me adds and tells me to subscribe to unlimited

I have my Alexa set up to help me watch after my 90 year old mom with dementia in our front room. The live view has become totally unreliable to check in with her.
Can’t follow instructions
I can’t get this stupid thing to stop responding with “gotcha”. Why can’t it just say “okay”????
Doesn’t work all the time
Extremely poor quality and performance as I tell it to play music an I get nothing most of the time. Think I need to look into a different product that works

Amazon’s Alexa Plus has made the app less useful. No more ability to tell Alexa “Turn off the lights in five minutes.” It no longer understands, thanks to the very defective Alexa Plus!

Just Terrible
This is so unreliable with sleep sounds. Terrified experience. Terrified feedback from the app. Overall no attempt to help. We pay so much money on these things Amazon Music, Amazon in general and you can’t have a basic loop command function. So sad.
