Alarm

Why do you make an awful noise in the morning then come up with another awful noise before you play the music gold from my Alarm which I’ve asked for

Bug Fest

Main reason for my purchase was to listen to music. But the amount of bugs and lack of proper/bugfree integration with spotify makes it infuriating to use at times. Nothing that cannot be fixed with a software update.

Device management very temperamental

We run most of our devices and security through Alexa but although set up is easy, day to day running is quite flakey. It works sometimes but sometimes not. Sometimes she tells us someone is ringing the doorbell and sometimes she doesn’t! She also doesn’t! Alexa seems less intelligent now than she was. She frequently misunderstands instructions and says “I can’t help you with that” to fairly simple questions such as “Alexa what are the latest football scores right now”

Intrusive

Tries to push too much at me, I do not want the screenfuls of adverts/advertorials/menus, I just want it to what it is set up to do, not be an advertising hoarding rent free in my kitchen.
Very close to being repurposed as a door stop, if it wasn’t so in my face it actually works for what I intended it for, another Amazon product spoilt by the relentless cash grab!
