face ID and login issues
my entire family is having the same issue with Face ID login. despite all of us having the face ID setting enabled, the app always gives us error of “unable to use face id” which causes us to go through tedious login difficulty every time we open the app instead of the app remembering login information. and this is an app design issue since all of us are having this issue together

They have never let me down
Excellent medical service, but the app is terrible.
I’ve had this insurance for two years, and the medical service itself is excellent; the coverage and medical care fully meet my expectations. However, the mobile app doesn't work when you really need to use it. It is frustrating to see that, in all this time, the app hasn't received any significant improvements. I recommend the insurance for its medical quality, but the digital platform is in urgent need of an update.

FaceID still doesn’t work
It’s really just a poorly configured app version of the website, and now that it doesn’t allow login with FaceID you have to login with password and MFA. Ditto for the MyHealthPays portal, which requires a second login with MFA!
Make the Face ID login work again!
Face ID login no longer works. I have to put in email and password and then code sent by text every time I want to use the app. It’s a little bit annoying.
Most time does not work
Logging in is a hassle I always have to send a code and face never works. Fix this app especially with the amounts yall charge you should have enough money to fix this app.

So when I first got the app it was phenomenal. Way better than the other guys I had. Now however I’m experiencing some weirdness. It won’t accept facial recognition anymore. My health pays link disappears from my home page.
I tried to send a diagnostic report twice today and it couldn’t be uploaded.
Other than that it works really well. I can see if my medication is ready at the pharmacy before they can text me. I see where things have been paid. I really like the my health pays part. I learn new things and I can use the points towards my bill.

PLEASE update your app
It is so buggy everytime I get on it. The login process is so tedious, I just want it to be logged in constantly so I can just go on it and pay my bill.

WORST APP EVER
When trying to find a dentist for emergency care got nothing but the run around. Places listed on the app told me they don’t take the insurance. REALLY?? Disgraceful and pure incompetence
App keeps crashing on itself
App seems to work when past the login, you have to go out of app to login which is okay because I guess it’s confidential. But it gives you the option for biometric scanning which you can’t use. Another hurdle to jump over is finding providers, once in the search (if it works) it’s impossible to find your way back to the main screen unless you go back to the search bar.
