just let me log in!
this app would be great if i could use it however every single time i try to login over the past at least 3 months it force closes the app. i've uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. it's just ridiculous.

Face ID
App is generally fine, but Face ID has not worked for me once since I downloaded this app. Have to go through the whole login process each time and it’s fairly annoying.
Login issue
Earlier I had to login again even I turned on Face ID. Now I’m having to change password, on each usage.

I am so happy that my AmBetter Health Insurance has the option to add ID Cards to the phone wallet! This is actually a great idea, I just love it. Aside from AmBetter Health Insurance being the best insurance in the Marketplace. I’m so happy to finally have an insurance that also rewards you for taking care of yourself.

idk what’s going on
Everytime i login it’s saying enter member id , i dont have a member id.

Anytime i try to log in it makes me update. Doesn’t matter if it’s within an hour of my last update. Idk what bugs are being fixed bc i see no difference.

Nonstop issues with login
Every update just makes the app harder to log in . You might as well just stay on web browser
Great app but you can’t log in
As many others have posted, this app is the worst when it comes to logging in. It will redirect you to external browser and have you log in there, then the app will crash upon completion and you can’t access any records or provider information. Super inconvenient
