App immediately crashes if you try to view images
I need my CT images to send to my doctor to schedule a major surgery, however I was sent my CT records through here and any time I try to open my images the app crashes. This app is worthless and now I’m not sure how I’m going to get my CT images to my doctor.

If I could’ve written this review with Zero Stars, I would have! This Ambra App is TOTALLY USELESS
and it should not be allowed access to my medical records. I attempted to view my X-Rays using my name (Exactly as recorded on My Chart App) and using my MRN again from My Chart App. Neither search provided access to my X-Ray images. My Chart needs to get a New Method of Displaying Images.

Access images
This is absolutely ridiculous. Ambra is worthless and it just said there are no studies to show. Well, I’ve had MRI’s, x-rays, CT scans on my spine recently. I was always able to pull the images right up on my chart . I want to know why I have to sign up or in to this worthless app that does not work. I want to see my images but this pitiful requirement to use this site is just wrong. I have had numerous images taken within the last 3 months, the latter being on May 31st. The reports are on my chart but this Ambra thing says I have no images to show. Like WTH is up with that. Firstly, What a waste of time and secondly it doesn’t work at all. I demand to see my images on mychart just like I always have. I do not want to be given the run around just to see my results that I’m very entitled to view. Get rid of this 3rd party nonsense and let me see my results. My health is not a game and to not be able to see them is definitely against my rights over my medical findings. Get rid of it or MyChart will be losing patients, physically as well as mentally. Absolutely terrible

Offered to view images but cannot
I attempted to view my images online after I signed in and it said to view my images I had to download the app. I could not log in because my provider was not listed. Shouldn’t tell me to go and down load an app if it’s not actually offered.

Four years of patients unable to login and access their own medical information? And nothing has changed. My husband has brain cancer and we have URGENT decisions to be made and cannot access his own MRI images. Which we could easily get from a different medical group when we lived in another state. But why am I even writing this because it’s the same story that people have been saying about this app for at least four years.

Useless
It’s impossible to log in via the default actions. Once I re-registered as an alternative sign-in action, it couldn’t find my files. There’s no support here either. Useless.
Absolute Worst App
This is by far the absolutely worst app I have ever attempted to use. I say attempted, because it does not work & is like trying to navigate a maze that is impossible to get out of. Even something as simple as trying to log in is virtually impossible. It doesn’t even allow you to enter your date of birth manually. Which means you must scroll through the calendar forever until you can get to your DOB. And forget about accessing your X-rays. Every time I click on the image I need to view from my medical portal, the app either says, nothing found or pulls up a different option than what I requested. And even when I try to download that image, it doesn’t work. Shame on any medical facility that requires the use of this garbage app to access medical images.

Incomplete
They show only 3 providers to pick from, so if your medical provider isn’t listed, then the app is of no use…except my ortho does use them.
App does not load
I have downloaded the app but after I sign in, no studies are found. They only load from a pc (desktop/laptop). Website is the worst on the iOS browsers. Do not recommend using app as nothing loads.
As useful as the American Healthcare System
I can see a basic image online, but I had a CT and the website indicates I need to use the app to see the layers play through as opposed to seeing one still image of the layers all on top of one another. Like other reviewers I'm unable to.login to the app because I'm "not found," rendering the app usess. There is only support for medical staff, not patients. It very much feels like an app designed by insurance companies, designed to require jumping through hoops.

Unusable
I downloaded this app to view my MRI images and I can’t get past the patient log in page. It can’t find my account and doesn’t have the place listed where I had the images done. There was 3 places listed and none were correct. I can view my imaging in the browser at least.

I've had multiple studies, and I simply cannot log in.
If I go thru my provider portal, it sends me to the ambra webpage showing my studies.
I click on "images", and it takes me to a blak page that says "open the app".
I tap on that, and it goes to the app store.
I tap on OPEN, and I get a provider-only login page.
I click on patients, and it wants first, last, and bday.
Name (spelled all the different ways they list it), and birthday, and it says not found.
The only registration is for providers.
Such a non-friendly system.

750 swipes to enter Birthdate
I’m trying to sign up for an Ambra App to view a CT image. They want my birthday but the only way I can see to enter it is to scroll by the month. THAT IS OVER 750 clicks to get to 1963. Rediculous

The registration portion doesn’t work I get an error message. Impossible to contact for help.

SimonMed sends me here and nothing is even linked. App doesn’t pull up my MRN or name. Waste of time. The developers must be from 5er
