Worst App Ever
Can’t log in. On the other hand your money is safe as no one can break into the account.
Login process is bad and it only gets worse
This app will not remember your login even though Face ID is turned in. So every time I need to access my account I need to use my user id and password. The layout is simple but this is not an app for retirement. No planning options just a way to review your balance.

Can’t log into the app, can’t log into the website??? Please fix everything, very concerning!
Simply an Afterthought
Very very slow to load and frequently crashes. Obviously an afterthought and useless.
Terrible Website
This is easily the worst financial app I have installed on my phone and this company should be embarrassed. Seriously, who would trust you to manage their money when you can’t manage to put together a decent app for your customers in 2024?! The app always requires the full login process even though facial recognition is turned on. Now it won’t even prompt a keyboard so I can enter my password (even though I shouldn’t have to in the first place). So I can’t use the app at all. When I am able to login, the layout is terrible and I can’t even see how each of my funds is performing. I will be providing this same feedback to my human resource department too. It’s crazy that my financial future is being handled this way.
