Really bad app

App is really really bad and barely working. Which is crazy considering Amex is associated with a “premium” service. Extremely bad app and customer experience.

The App is way behind competition

Key negative point is the inability to book travel services from the app— which is offered in the US and other markets. We pay the same fees so why do we get less services ?

Extremely outdated

I’ve used the AMEX app in various regions and this is amongst the most outdated ones. It needs an immediate update to make it usable.
