So much easier to use then the regular amex app when it comes to booking, I hated getting sent to the website it was so hard to compare and book.
Error when booking
Rooms are listed as 1 or 2 rooms. When booked, we get an error message. Restarted app and location to get the same message
Terrible App!
App “times out” often & usually just after inputting all information. Grrr. Does not seem to be able to autopopulate almost anything. Really hard to use. So I almost never do! Come on Am Ex, you can do better!!

Face instead of password NOT available
Face instead of password NOT available! If you book as often as I do it, it’s very annoying to have to put in your password when your face should work instead of entering a password. Fix this please.
App worked great
This Time I had no hiccups whatsoever with the app. I liked that I could put in the comments our need for a roll-a-way bed.

Been on a hotel hop in Las Vegas, NV for about a week lol this app has made it so easy to book all the different casino hotels . I even tried to book a room at The Orleans at the desk and the price on the app beat the desk price 😂 I’m a fan #amextravel

Love the easy online booking
Clunky
Still generates internal browser pages to complete various reservations. Really needs a “trip” function like so many other services that allows you to book flight, hotel and car all in a consolidated reservation. Plus as you are shopping options, actively clicking through various pages, there is another external 5min clock running that tries to log you out while you are working. So annoying, please work to fix this security feature that has been an annoyance even since working Amex travel from the standard website.

Hotel Search Needs a Map View
This is self explanatory. I almost booked my hotel on a different site because I prefer that search process.
Fake price
Tried to book the room at stipulated price . Charged the Amex first and then claimed the room is not available
Maps
There’s no maps which is basically a non-negotiable when searching where to stay.
