It take 10 minutes fighting with a automated answering machine before you can wait over 30 minutes listening to annoying jazz and robot talk before someone answers if they do

Operating while having fun
It’s incredibly easy to understand the system while drunk or after a hard day of work and you wake up 2 am in the morning 3 hours before work and you have to pay a bill that you forgot was due at the end of the week
Digital banking
It’s a great thing to have when you don’t have to go back-and-forth to the bank you could just check from your hand
Mobile deposit
App is decent but mobile deposit is garbage. Takes forever for your check to go in. Dont offer it if it doesn’t work. People don’t wanna wait a week for their check to hit.

I think that it is a good idea to have digital banking so hat you can always keep up with all of your banking needs

Amazing service
Account number is confusing
The account number that the app shows is not the account number that is necessary for external transactions. There is no way to view the actual MICR. Having to account numbers for each account is unnecessarily painful.
Bad design and sign in troubles
The app is difficult to navigate and is out dated but my biggest issue is it uses Face ID to sign in but randomly will not allow that and makes you use username and password and every time it tells me that my password is wrong and after three tries it completely locks you out and you have to reset your password but when you put in the password you thought was right it says you can’t reuse passwords I have had to change my password 15 times at this point

Needs to update cards for tap to pay and the app should be able to lock or cards as well freely!
