Passport chip scanner doesn’t work
There is meant to be three scans
1. Scan your passport photo
2. Scan your passport chip
3. Scan your face
The app skips Step 2 each time by the app, tried multiple iphones, all version 12 or later. You progress to the end for it to tell you that you haven’t scanned your passport chip.

Horrible!
Won’t scan my passport! No option to bypass, I’ve been rubbing my stinking phone on my passport for near half an hour, utterly ridiculous
Terrible app
This is the worst for ID verification, it’s keep telling you passport hasn’t been scanned,after doing for over 100 times ,you place the camera on your ID and it captures it when it turns greens , but after doing the face video record , it keeps telling you passport wasn’t scanned , I have even emailed support and keeps getting the same generic response ,

Awful app, simply doesn’t scan passport chip. Yes I have a chipped passport. Yes I tried 3 compatible phones. Useless waste of time
Not working
I have a deadline of today to complete forms for a new job. Directed to this app to scan passport. Passport won’t scan so it gives you the option to upload a video. Uploaded video only to be told it was unsuccessful as I didn’t scan my passport!!!! Can’t proceed any further with the online forms as it won’t let you skip the passport stage. Seems like all other reviews saying the same thing yet nothing seems to be getting done to fix the issue
