Passport chip scanner doesn’t work
There is meant to be three scans
1. Scan your passport photo
2. Scan your passport chip
3. Scan your face
The app skips Step 2 each time by the app, tried multiple iphones, all version 12 or later. You progress to the end for it to tell you that you haven’t scanned your passport chip.

Horrible!
Won’t scan my passport! No option to bypass, I’ve been rubbing my stinking phone on my passport for near half an hour, utterly ridiculous
Terrible app
This is the worst for ID verification, it’s keep telling you passport hasn’t been scanned,after doing for over 100 times ,you place the camera on your ID and it captures it when it turns greens , but after doing the face video record , it keeps telling you passport wasn’t scanned , I have even emailed support and keeps getting the same generic response ,

Awful app, simply doesn’t scan passport chip. Yes I have a chipped passport. Yes I tried 3 compatible phones. Useless waste of time
Not working
I have a deadline of today to complete forms for a new job. Directed to this app to scan passport. Passport won’t scan so it gives you the option to upload a video. Uploaded video only to be told it was unsuccessful as I didn’t scan my passport!!!! Can’t proceed any further with the online forms as it won’t let you skip the passport stage. Seems like all other reviews saying the same thing yet nothing seems to be getting done to fix the issue

This app just does not work
Tried to scan my passport over 30 times on three different smart devices but just comes up with the same message of unable to scan, despite following the poor instructions as best as I can. Very frustrating and a waste of time.

Redirected from website to the app as applying for hospital job. Absolutely useless at uploading an image of my passport and even worse at scanning the passport chip. It’s not working and has me completely stressed out as there is a deadline to complete my application process.
Many more reviews with the same issues and this app developer is still not fixing it, this really asks the question is our tax money being spent wisely?

Doesn’t work
Another person form whom this app does not work! Just keeps giving error messages and sends you in a loop.
Useless
Kept saying bottom two lines of passport were not visible. Tried 30+ times, different lighting, backgrounds etc nothing worked. Won’t let you proceed. Asked to scan passport but then wouldn’t actually scan even though camera is as enabled already and worked 2 seconds previous to take unsuccessful passport photo. Incredibly frustrating

This is a total waste of tax payers money. I am employed by HEE and now NHSE wants to check my right to work AGAIN and outsourced to a company unable to deliver on its objectives .

ID verification issue
I applied for a post in a hospital but this app is not allowing me to upload my ID. It keeps asking me to repeat the steps over and over again eventhough I followed every steps. It’s been a month now trying to comply my requirements but I am stuck with the ID verification.
Waste of time
Redirected from website to app to complete an identity check. App couldn’t/wouldn’t scan the passport - tried the phone in every possible direction of passport and nothing worked. App offered to continue without scan using a selfie and photo of the passport, take the selfie and app says it can’t continue because you didn’t scan the passport. Tried selecting “I don’t have an e-passport” from start options instead to see if this was a workaround and same thing - lets you take a photo of your passport and self, then says it can’t do anything because you didn’t scan the passport. Rubbish service and experience.

Easy to use, friendly design!
Had to complete a check today and the whole process from downloading the app to complete the form took me less than 5 minutes. Really clear on instructions and did not have a problem with using the app.
