Amul only delivery us avlb in vadodra ND one more place they should specifically mentioned in the app ones you placed order you will notify about non delivery at your place I do hope AMUL will look after our grievances

I tried to order twice but every time they ask me to extend or cancel order. Why don’t you close online order section if you can’t deliver regular use items.
Amul with Infibeam-worst
Amul online will end soon if they don’t change their online app vendor Infibeam.
Infibeam is more than worst, when you place an order they will ask you to choose delivery time slot however, it has nothing to do with actual delivery far long.
If you order some odd product like Amul moti milk, they will keep extending your delivery by weeks, you’ll never know where it will end, all you will do is cancel the order after so many delayed weeks.

HORRIBLE app experience.
I love Amul and all their products but this app is just impossible to use at times. By at times I mean 9 out of 10 times.

Wrost app ever
Since last one month app is not opening.. It hangs all the time... No updates since long time.. I don't think amul wants this kind of app more, thats why no attention given to this app..
Unprofessional Apps
I start to use this apps and found such a horrible apps to use it. Amul is very big company and very big brand and other hand very very bad in online business.
Good concept, but wrong partner of choice!
First of all let me tell Amul that it is one of the wonderful concept!
But they choose wrong partner to achieve this, Infibeam just accept that your support staff is full of dump people with false attitude.
Problem you may come across while using these app.
1. App provide time slot which provide 50% accuracy (Depends on your luck)
2. Orders may cancelled without your permission.
3. Delivery Guys are like ghost they come and go no one knows.
4. Only god knows on which mobile number they called.
5. Customer care people are big liars.
6. Use this app like there are no customer care.
7. Most changes are that odd things will never be in stock.

WORST EXPERIENCE . RIDICULOUS SERVICES
I was given time of 9AM-12PM (12th Jan) . I didn't get any delivery (I'm writing this at 9:33 PM 12th Jan ) .
When I asked what happened to my order , they says I have cancelled my order . Wow ?!
They says delivery boy called me but I didn't get any call . And what is with calls ? If it's a delivery then it's delivery boy's responsibility to knock at the door and then if no one responds then cancel the deal. Neither I got any calls nor I got delivery . Just false hopes . Idiots . Just shutter down and improve the outlets. Shame on infibeam and AMUL.
