I can’t send any messages through the website then after downloading the app now I need to activate it with my phone but they don’t have my phone because I order the service through Walmart is a nightmare just allow messages through the app and stop asking people to download apps that you’re only going to use once and don’t work

They sell the same leads to multiple pros creating a very competitive environment for the pro.
Communication features could be improved
The app runs decent overall. Simple to use and quick to use. I have two things that I hope to see in the future to grow this app:
1. Allow taskers the option to reach out and request job time adjustments before accepting a gig. Sometimes we cannot accept a job because it is only 30 later or earlier than were available to begin thus, hindering commitments.
2. Pricing. Here’s an example that I see all the time. TV mounting for $35, is a very low offer that most professionals will decline. The likelihood of the job being local isn’t very high either, so when a guy like me has to drive a pickup truck at 10 mpg to and from jobs, I’m sometimes looking at paying between 10 to 15 dollars in fuel to commute out of town. That’s time and money. Quickly, a $35 tv mount turns into $20-25 for 2 and a half hours commuting and working. Please consider this to

score goes down randomly, earn is less than 200$ per month, bad customer service. Hope get better
App will waste your time, energy and give anxiety, not recommended, customer service will leave without answer for hours and days, they always find a way to hurt your economy. Hope it change

The worst platform for this type of service. Absolutely user unfriendly and every step of the way is made to make it harder for the professionals to make money. They pay slave wages and short you out your money when you work over. I had a job scheduled for 2 hours for $41. I ended up working 2.45 hours and they lied and said the job was originally for 2.5 hours and only gave me $2 extra. Scam scam scam. I asked a customer how much they paid and it was 4x the amount they give us. They’re robbing us blind. Don’t do it. (I’m going to add to this review every time I notice something terrible about this platform. The daily pay option is the worst. You pay 1.99 to cash out before the direct deposit is sent, but it still may take up to a week to arrive to your account. An average it takes about 2 hours for it to hit my account every time. That’s ridiculous considering it is absolutely possible for them to send it instantly as every other gig based app does it perfectly. On top of that you can only cash out once every 24 hours. They clearly don’t care about the professionals, only about keeping the money for themselves.

Poor Chat Support - Unable to update Bank Details
Cant update the bank details, neither can get any support.
The pay sucks ; they wont compensate for fuel, you will never reach platinum pro status.
So iv been with anji sence they became a thing ; in alaska . Because handys which was the platform i was on got bought out by anji’s.

Don’t work for Angi Services as first off they rip over the workers and second if you are a “professional” and work for Angi and a customer wants to call and start lying so they don’t have to pay for services that got done and get charged hundreds not a couple but HUNDREDS of dollars and will not listen to the workers only to the lying customer…
Well one good thing is I don’t have to ever deal with ANGI again and they can take that Fee and choke on it cause I will not be paying for a lying customer!!!!!!!

Scam and Robbers very Greedy money hungry
I decided to try the Angi App and everything was going good in the beginning then I started seeing where they started saying customers complained and late fees saying I was overpaid and just taking money didn’t want to pay me they block you after they been done left the conversation they so unprofessional they really do under pay people they are rude and don’t care how they treat the workers they see where you making money and take it and stealing from people they need to be sued and shut down please anybody don’t use this app these foreigners come and take over in the United States and trying to take over they have no respect or care about use over here someone needs to shut this app down

Accommodating doesn’t pay the bills!
You gotta watch people who ask for accommodations. I went to a job early and completed it. As usual, you can’t access check in until a few hours before the job. So I checked my schedule later that night, they canceled the job. But I ain’t letting them off the hook that easy. I still have their address. And I will go back not just for payment but because I did them a favor. Rich people in a rich neighborhood trying to screw over a hard working person like me who has rent due. I will never accommodate anyone else unless they fully accommodate me first. I went out of my way for them and I still completed everything on my schedule for the day. And here I sit looking like a fool!
