Ridiculously large app that is slow, tipping me over the edge for storage

Great camera but I wish you could add a sleep timer mode so when your working on your property you can put it in sleep mode wile your working around the camera it not continuously record your action that would be appreciated and would give it a 5 star for sure thx
Can no longer access when not on wifi
Since the update, can no longer view realtime camera or recordings when not in wifi regardless of trying to update mobile data settings.

Why mess up something that was working so well? I hate the Anker logo and color change that now races across my screen
Unacceptable Pop Up 'Survey'
This application pops up 'survey' requests for products when I open it. Very obnoxious considering that the app is required to operate expensive hardware purchased at a premium price.
Thumbnail notifications break on updates
The recent updates made the thumbnail notifications break. Only way to fix it is uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. It’s the second time now ever since they renamed themselves on the appstore as Anker Eufy
There is no thumbnail preview on the latest app update
Bring back the thumbnail preview to the app notifications. This is a security camera and I will not load the app to check what happened every time. Bring back the thumbnails
Name
I like anker and I like eufy but don’t you think “anker eufy” just sounds weird I don’t need to be reminded of m&a when I go to lock my door.
Terrible vac map
The map showing the vacuum cleaning detail is horrid, the old app map was amazing. Bring the old map back!!
Cameras are pretty good but app keeps changing
Cameras are good most of the time. Occasionally they miss things.
App keep shaving icons and look of constantly changed and changes make it more clicks to find things.

An improvement
I’m impressed that you actually made improvements after negative feedback on the last update. The app icon is slightly better now, but it’s still worse than the original “e” logo. You should just go back to that, and go back to calling the app “Eufy”. We don’t need to know who owns the company. And thanks for putting labels on the tab icons, much better for navigation.

SLOW
Everything is so slow to load since the last update. Live view doesn’t ever work anymore and my doorbell battery dies within days now as well as getting phantom ring notifications on my phone. Doorbell live view when it is pressed takes too long to load. And if I’m out the person has gone by the time it loads.

Can you stop changing your icon logo?
Wasn’t going to leave a review but you guys have been changing your logo too frequently and it’s annoying. While I’m here, speaking feature isn’t great, you can’t hear people talk through the camera when you are speaking. Hold to speak feature is not good, just make it a 2 way call like wyze. It would also be great if the cameras on the homescreen show live surveillance like wyze instead, you have to click into each camera to see.

Don’t buy.
I bought their e20 camera and monitor from amazon. 10 days later one of the adapters stopped working and then after 2 months their monitor stopped charging. The serial number is registered in their company and my purchase is within warranty period. After talking to them over email for several days they denied accountability for the failed product. I am left helpless. Being a working mom i am very much dependent on this camera and i feel like i got scammed big time.

Will not pull wifi network list
Don’t know who is part of there IT, that person should be fired immediately for designing this app. When you install the app and add a new device, the app will to pull the WiFi network list to choose from. Next time try testing the app before launching.
terrible products
The camera almost never links to the app and if it does, the camera can’t play the feed. i tried resetting everything and still nothing. wish i never bought any of it

Can’t delete events, notifications well after the event. Only in the last few weeks. Rubbish back to Ring
Notifications
Notifications are completely broken. When they were working the new update broke video previews and now only shows the new app icon. 👎🏻
