About

anxietyTrack is the no-friction way to keep a private record of how you feel — built for people who want to notice patterns, not fight with an app. Open it, tap a condition, rate how intense it feels from 1 to 5, add a quick note if you want, and save. The date and time are captured for you. That's the whole loop, and it's the entire point: if logging isn't effortless, it doesn't get done. When you're ready to look back, anxietyTrack shows you the numbers that actually matter — how many times something came up over the last week, month, or quarter, your average severity, and a clean trend chart so you can see whether things are climbing, easing, or holding steady. When it's time for an appointment, export a tidy summary as text or PDF and hand it to your doctor or therapist. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Log anxiety, depression, or any condition you add — in seconds - Rate severity on a simple 1–5 scale and add an optional note - See counts and average severity over 7, 30, 90 days, or a year - Spot trends at a glance with a severity chart - Browse a full timeline of entries; tap to edit, swipe to delete - Make it yours — pick an icon and color for every condition - Reorder, archive, or remove conditions whenever you like - Export a doctor-ready text or PDF summary, or a full CSV backup PRIVATE BY DESIGN There are no accounts, no ads, and no tracking. Your entries live on your device and sync only through your own private iCloud — the developer never sees your data and couldn't retrieve it if asked. The App Store privacy label says it plainly: Data Not Collected. SIMPLE ON PURPOSE anxietyTrack does one thing well. It's a personal journaling and self-tracking tool to help you understand your own patterns and have better conversations about them. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or advice. If you're in crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional or your local emergency services. Track what matters. Keep it private. Bring the summary to your next appointment.
