Stole my money and banned for no reason
Banned for a parking violation that i did not commit, most the bikes brakes do not work and i paid for a subscription but cannot use as i am banned. Stole my money

Only one bike per account
The only thing that is slightly annoying is that you can only rent one bike at a time, my son and I wanted to ride together he’s 11 yo and I couldn’t book two bikes on the one device. Thankfully we set up an account on his tablet to get a bike for him…. I would make allowances for minors to be allowed to ride with parents on the parents account. Apart from that the whole experience was great the app was very simple and the bikes sturdy and cool to ride. Highly recommend

Rip off
This app is a rip off. Went on a bike ride in Singapore with 4 other colleagues on the same fare. The local one paid 3$, the guy from Ecuador 2$ and the European and me paid 8$. I can understand for Ecuador but it’s clear that they charge tourists triple :(
