Cannot get into app
Someone is reporting my business closed, I was directed to this app which I cannot log into because I am locked out of my business log in which was never connected to apple in the first place. 😬🫠
Incredibly Slow and Frustrating
As the owner of my own business I am unable to login because my phone is tied to my personal info and not my business. So I don’t even have the option of logging in to edit my business’s information. Apple needs to get with it and adjust this.
Bad
You can’t even use the app unless your phone is logged into your business Apple account which is dumb and very restricting. New flash Apple companies aren’t using their personal Apple accounts to set up their business account. You shouldn’t have to change your Apple account for your phone to do stuff for your business, should be simply click on the app and sign into your business account. Apple really has a bad business app and needs to look at google business because that thing is easy to use.

Useless, non-existent support
I went to go try and sign up and as I went to click “Continue” after filling out all the information on the form for the password, etc. all it said was “Your account could not be created at this time.”
Ummm… no options? No reason why? I googled and searched and searched on your website for some kind of Apple Business specific support… nothing. Typical Apple support, impersonal and useless.

A waste of time
Apple Business Connect: A Frustrating Maze of PR Noise
Apple Business Connect promises a seamless way to manage your brand across the Apple ecosystem, but the reality is starkly different. Rather than a streamlined experience, Apple has delivered a convoluted maze that frequently leads to dead ends and entirely wasted time.
The platform’s most glaring failures lie in the bare basics:
-The Login Labyrinth: It would be fantastic if business owners could simply and reliably log into their existing accounts without jumping through unnecessary hoops or getting locked in verification loops.
-Zero Engagement: The platform completely drops the ball on active customer engagement. Unlike Google Business Profile Manager, which allows businesses to post meaningful, real-time updates, Apple’s portal offers virtually no functional way to keep your customers informed.
Ultimately, the Apple Business web portal and its supporting macOS and iOS apps feel less like functional tools and more like pure PR noise. Until Apple gets its act together, stops kidding itself, and actually prioritizes ease-of-use for business owners, this ecosystem remains the next worst thing to vaporware. Businesses need functional, reliable solutions, not an obstacle course.
