Cannot get into app
Someone is reporting my business closed, I was directed to this app which I cannot log into because I am locked out of my business log in which was never connected to apple in the first place. đŹđŤ
Incredibly Slow and Frustrating
As the owner of my own business I am unable to login because my phone is tied to my personal info and not my business. So I donât even have the option of logging in to edit my businessâs information. Apple needs to get with it and adjust this.

You canât even use the app unless your phone is logged into your business Apple account which is dumb and very restricting. New flash Apple companies arenât using their personal Apple accounts to set up their business account. You shouldnât have to change your Apple account for your phone to do stuff for your business, should be simply click on the app and sign into your business account. Apple really has a bad business app and needs to look at google business because that thing is easy to use.

Useless, non-existent support
I went to go try and sign up and as I went to click âContinueâ after filling out all the information on the form for the password, etc. all it said was âYour account could not be created at this time.â
Ummm⌠no options? No reason why? I googled and searched and searched on your website for some kind of Apple Business specific support⌠nothing. Typical Apple support, impersonal and useless.

Like in the regular App Store need a âUpdateâ button for apps with updates. Really annoying when have an app that has an update wont let you use app at all until you update but then app doesnt wanna update on its own for days⌠So would be nice if there was a update button to force it to update immediately.

fake ios app taking control of my iphone through ways i have no way to defend plz fix
Apps not updating, or wonât install
Apps configured for enrolled devices no option to push the updated versions of the app. I have devices that are enrolled and never able to install apps, even when manually clicking on the cloud icon, just spins a while and never prompts to install.

High hopes from Apple and great concept but theyâre way behind the curve on this. Clunky and very confusing for something that should be simple.
