Apple’s software updates take forever . I live in an area where AT&T cannot supply WiFi so I have to go to Giant Eagle for updates. Today’s update caused me to wait more than 11/2 hours. I have a sick dog at home & could not leave until the update was completed. I hate Apple’s updates. Why don’t they just fix the bugs instead of adding unnecessary features. Sick of poor service. You can’t talk to a human being & they only give you a few options for troubleshooting. I regret buying my iPhone.

I canceled an app 3-4 weeks ago and then 3 weeks later I still got charged $30, apple wouldn’t even let me download an app until that was paid and they just automatically took it out of my account on my payday, no matter who I talk to Apple can’t seem to refund me even tho they admit it’s a mistak. absolute garbage. How can a human not refund me? Is it all run by AI or something?….ive been an Apple person my whole life and seriously considering leaving them. It’s not about the $30 at this point it’s the principle
