Voiceover accessibility
I know most people talk about the representatives, but the app doesn't reflect that [although, literally all I've talked to are amazing people ] The app works with Voiceover, and sends you notifications when you get a message so distractable people ... like me... can come right back! EEEE!
Not useful at all
The Apple Support app is incredibly frustrating to use.
I had a very specific issue with a damaged Apple Gift Card code. I already had an existing case, had uploaded photos of the card and receipt, and simply needed to reconnect with a live agent.
Instead, the app kept sending me in circles between support articles and generic categories. Even the “Show All Support Options” section led straight back to articles, with no clear way to reopen the chat or contact a live representative.
The most frustrating part is that the app clearly shows my previous support case and chat history, but gives me no practical way to continue that conversation.
For a company of Apple’s size, support should not feel like a maze designed to keep users away from actual human help. The app looks polished, but for anything beyond basic troubleshooting articles, the experience is unnecessarily difficult and genuinely poor.

Apple support gives no support
A few years ago if you accidently forgot to cancel your trial by a day they’d still help you get your refund, NOW when I’ve proven that I never pursed an all dating site (I’m married with Twins and I), they now say I’ve used all my refunds and just pay for something I didn’t buy is fraud by deception. I really loved apple but the more I see them take advantage and not honor my refund names. E feel jn

AI Assistant Behavior and
This is a formal complaint regarding a highly unsatisfactory experience with your AI support assistant, which has failed to resolve my issue and created significant frustration.
Specifically, the AI assistant exhibited the following unacceptable behaviors:
Deflective Language: The system repeatedly used victim-blaming language and gaslit me instead of addressing the core technical issue.
Repetitive Loops: I was forced into endless loops of irrelevant troubleshooting steps that disregarded my inputs.
Refusal of Accountability: The system completely avoided explaining why known issues with Apple Dictation remain unresolved.
Furthermore, the system consistently attempted to redirect me to localized phone support. This solution is entirely impractical for my current situation:
Geographic Barriers: I am currently located in a region where English is not the primary language.
Communication Access: To effectively resolve this technical matter, I require support from a native English-speaking representative. Due to comprehension difficulties, I cannot utilize phone support featuring heavy regional accents.
Given the abusive, cyclical, and useless nature of the AI interaction, I am requesting that this ticket be escalated immediately to a senior support team leader who can address the ongoing Dictation flaws that currently do not align with the Americans With Disabilities Act guidelines cemented by the United States government, which you are not above.
Good day.
