I've literally been paying for Apple care one for NOTHING. No Help, No Support, my phone has been compromised for months now, I can't even get an express replacement when needed on top of being charged an additional 6 months of Apple care+ on my old phone 6 months after buying a new iphone out of pocket. Now with the new I have a year later needing to get a replacement, nothing has been for me. No service, no replacement, still the same compromised dysfunctional iphone 16 pro. TRASH

Trying to file a claim
I’m on the phone messaging them for over a half hour for them to tell me to call another phone number when all I’m trying to do is file a claim so I can get a new phone because I haven’t had a phone for 24 hours and I just keep getting the runaround and they keep telling me they’re gonna transfer me to that department and they don’t. They trusted me to another department where the person tells me they’re sorry to hear about that. Call this phone number. I’m just getting aggravated now. Nothing resolved an hour later.
