I canceled an app 3-4 weeks ago and then 3 weeks later I still got charged $30, apple wouldn’t even let me download an app until that was paid and they just automatically took it out of my account on my payday, no matter who I talk to Apple can’t seem to refund me even tho they admit it’s a mistak. absolute garbage. How can a human not refund me? Is it all run by AI or something?….ive been an Apple person my whole life and seriously considering leaving them. The only thing secure about Apple?
Is making sure the person who has the actual account gets locked out of their account. This is fraud because any money you have invested into your apps is lost if you don’t have access to your Apple account. I will never trust or keep any information on their phones or computers. Complete garbage, I will buy anything except apple products. And I can afford to buy whatever I want. Apple is a fraudulent corporation and should be avoided at all costs.

Mediocre navigation and issue resolution but phone support worked.
My notes were not appearing in iCloud.com even though my Settings showed that it was synced (“On”). The Apple Support app does not make it easy to connect with an agent or get direct support, and when I started a chat, the agent told me to restart my device, which disconnected us with no way to reconnect. The app should have that functionality, and agents should be aware of the risk of disconnect. Apple knows better.
Luckily, the second agent set up a call, did a screen share, and was able to resolve the issue. When I opened Notes, the agent saw that all my notes were in the “On This Phone” folder and not in the “iCloud” folder, so we moved them all and I could see them in iCloud.com.
Apple needs to make it easy and obvious to directly connect with support and be able to reconnect to an ongoing chat after they restart their device during a live chat.

Мне не помогли, трубку не берут, поменять регион не могу, остаток средств не списать из-за того что язык не поддерживается в приложение поддержки связаться невозможно, само приложение бесполезное ведь я никак не могу связаться даже с ботом, надеюсь это исправят потому что проблему сайт apple не может решить от слова совсем, сменить регион мне нужно позарез, а помощи я так и не дождался

Almost entirely automated to a fault
text a robot who tells you exactly what you can find on the internet without this waste of an app until they finally realize it can't help you, so a person starts to text you until they realize they can't help you, so they schedule a call and you talk to ANOTHER person until they tell you to do something that requires turning your phone off (which ends the call) and there is no way to call them back. you have to go through that entire process again just to get back on the phone with ANOTHER person. this has happened to me multiple times and the issue is still not resolved and there's no attempt to reach out to me to see if my problem is fixed. it seems like they'll do anything just to get you to leave them alone so what is the point of this app!? if you're wondering what my issue is in the first place, it's this: my iphone only has like 30gb of space on it due to the rediculous 30gb os and 8GB IS FILLED BY ICLOUD DRIVE. the problem with that is that there's NOTHING in my icloud drive. why tf am i paying for icloud if it's going to store hidden data on my device that cannot be deleted manually!?

When writing the review it will close leaving you angry after spending time writing a review. More anger. Spent hundreds on tablet then pay monthly for care but since I use stylus instead of apple pen the pen menu that use to pop up that have disappeared isn't a tablet issue. I just want the menu back when I right. I have to tap out when I want to tap enter. Annoying if your writing and taking notes. They don’t send you power code they make you go to their store which is nowhere near I live. Im switching to android.
