They also don’t care if u went in and canceled the app it still hits ur account 24/7 so keep ur account closed and they make it impossible to connect to a real person.

I would like to request Split Screen multitasking for iPhone, especially for Pro Max models with larger displays. Many users would benefit from being able to use two apps at the same time, similar to the feature available on iPad and many Android phones.
Being denied access
I’m not allowed to download this app ( which isn’t age restricted) until I give up my legal rights to not upload my identification. Saying that it’s the law in Texas does not apply to me in Minnesota and I will not be deceived into voluntarily, giving up my rights to privacy. Whatever you want my id for that’s not covered by law in Minnesota please remove my data from and let me use the service I pay for.

Gross Disappointment
I pay $15 a month to Apple to back up my devices. I would have thought that includes everything on the device. So from the beginning…I take photos with my iPhone and set up a folder on the iPhone to be able to quickly access those photos. I diligently back up but I make the mistake of pressing yes to the syncing feature which now slows everything down and blank spots and blank folder appear where photos were. Apparently loading time over the outage prone Australian Telstra network. I opt out of the sync feature. Now the photos in the folders created on the iPhone are gone. All blank folders and simple searches on both my $1900 iPad and this $1500 iPhone do not work anymore. WHERE ARE MY PICTURES, WHERE ARE THEY APPLE. I have 512 g of storage on this iPhone. Gross Disappointment.

A support app with no support
This has got to be the worst apple product on the market. I need to contact apple customer support but it’s the one thing you can’t do on the customer support app! (Or if you can, they have hidden it pretty well) Kind of pointless and annoying.

AI assistant
My previous interactions with Apple support have been with real people and have always been helpful. The switch to an AI assistant is not an improvement. I have no interest in chatting or speaking with an AI assistant.
If you get lost and theft protection for your phone, make sure it’s for the right one
For a year and a half I paid for lost and theft protection thinking I was paying for my 16 Pro Max because that’s when I started paying for it and it turns out when I started paying for it instead of starting a plan on my 16 Pro Max it started a plan on my 14 Pro Max that was lost or stolen so when I tried to go get a new 16 Pro Max, I couldn’t get one and then when I got a hold of Apple support, I was told to file a lost stolen claim for my 14 Pro for it the whole time I was unable to do that because whoever got my phone turned, find my phone off and is now using my phone and they had all of my information. Apple does not care about their customers or about their information. Have a lot of loopholes on how they can get out of their warranties and their theft and loss protection plans. They’re not even worth paying for you. Just punish your money for nothing. I think Americans need to start realizing this is not an American company. They do not care about Americans and they will not support their customers when they have problems.

I've been waiting for a callback from Apple Support for TWO WEEKS and nobody ever called me back. I tried reaching out via chat three separate times, and each time they scheduled a new callback — and again, nobody called. Not once.
For two weeks I haven't been able to use my App Store. For two weeks I haven't been able to change my region. For two weeks my phone has been essentially useless — all because of Apple Support.
I legally relocated to another country and simply cannot change my region, even though everything is in order on my end.
On top of that, Apple allows scammy Facebook ads to run through their platform that keep charging me $22 — even though I deleted those ads over a month ago. I already paid $80 upfront and didn't sell a single item through that advertising. And they're STILL charging me. Nobody can help me with this either.
When I finally got through to support and told them the only solution I see is to delete my iCloud and stop using Apple services altogether, their response was: "Well, then just do that."
Thanks a lot, Apple. Great support. Really.

Support is not helpful. It’s all about the defense of Apple.
Two of my Apple devices have been behaving REALLY strangely. I wiped them and did all forms of remediation and the behavior still persist. Took them in store and everything.
I downloaded this app with the resolve to just use my top tier Apple Care, i out right purchased, to swap both devices out.
About two hours in and i don’t get anywhere but wasted time and deflection. I was even “warned” several times.
When asked about why i was being warned, the reasons would morph.
I offered screenshots and system logs and, not even having seen them, i was told to go to a cybersecurity specialist and apply for a bug bounty if i found something. I was also referred to law enforcement.
They showed zero inclination to even wanting the devices for inspection or entertaining any evidence i manage to gather.
They said if i couldn’t replicate anything they could not swap my devices out. As if i can somehow coordinate with the malware and say “see!”.
Although, there are issues i can replicate but they couldn’t help me with those due to it could be attributed to other factors (cellular, wifi, VPN, etc…). Forget examining it and ruling it out, right?
I mean, don’t listen to me. Try it out. See for yourselves the theater and deflection at work.
Keep in mind, i have top tier Apple Care for both OUT OF POCKET and VERY expensive devices with zero prior claims.
It’s all about zero liability, money, and power. Not us, the customers.
I think they feel they’re too big to fail.
NOTE: I can PROVE everything I’ve said. 100%.
