Lied about getting a free appetizer coupon
Fix your app
I reset my password after the app wouldn’t recognize my saved login & password. It kept saying ‘not found’ like 5x. Ordering should be quick & seamless. There’s a disconnect where you’re ordering & it tries to bring you over to ‘combine’ or share info with your online info. NOT WORKING!!

Not a place to enter the coupon code in app or on website either. Other than that I would give it a higher rating as it’s fairly easy to use.
Fee’s
Had to get back out in 100 degree weather to go pick it up. When I selected delivery there were nearly $14 in fees, before tip. The 2 for $25 was going to end up costing us $50 smh!
App is trash

Can’t log in. Keeps getting an error message. When I was logged in I couldn’t look at the menu to see what I want to order it just forces you to go to order automatically!
Make the app better
The app needs more flexibility. There are times when we need special request and there’s no opportunity to make those request. That makes me call the restaurant instead of using the app. And the rewards under Applebee’s app are nonexistent. That’s very frustrating and think that Applebees should provide rewards for people who utilize the app like every other restaurant

Where’s the soup?
Love Applebee’s. However, can not order French Onion soup in app unless you order as a side under steaks. French Onion soup is not listed under sides in app. :(
