Tried the App
After going in to the store the other day and enjoying the meal. We decided to do some carry out. It said if you get the app then you can get a free appetizer. The worst news was the won ton Tacos that we wanted were not on the menu for online. Then the free app is not available on this order, but we can use it on our next order within 30 days. Good Lord it was difficult and no explanation besides some stores won’t have everything on the menu. But this place has those on the menu, just not for carry out?

Cards Declined
I have been trying for months to pay on the app, every time it says my card is declined, and I have tried multiple cards from both my husband and I. I have double checked my phone number, address, card info, and nothing works. I always have to go inside to pay.

Very happy with the food, only problem was the app and it didn’t allow me to schedule the time.

Payment Screen
It only lets you use a gift card or apple pay, but does not allow you to put in your card info through the app. Not user friendly at all.
App is awful
App almost never allows for payment clearance, and car side never works (always says to input vehicle information even when it has already been completed). This app is terrible.

Minus a star for each bit of nonsense I just had to wade through.
1: I should not have to decline THREE offers to see when the take-out will be ready. No. That is a dark pattern to try to get me to hit an "accept" button by accident and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
2: I should be able to save my favorite locations without giving up all my information to anyone but Apple.
3: I should be able to browse menus without starting an order.
4: I should be able to see the ingredients _in the app,_ not just by going to the website. If you want me to go to your website, why do you even have a blighted app?! I have things I don't want to eat and I want to know if you've put them in something and I do NOT want to have to open Safari and risk losing the order because I took too long looking for the ingredients list.
And finally,
5: You're on the Apple App Store; make your app accept Apple Pay without a weird blank screen first.

App terrible
You can’t find mayo or ketchup or things like that even though it say to add condiments
Useless App
Ordered my car side to go online. Message pops up that I need to use the app to check in for my car side to go. There are no options on the app for my to check in for a car side to go order I’ve placed online. You can’t check in on the website either. I downloaded this app for nothing. I’ll be calling the store instead. Useless technology

The app is smooth
I enjoyed ordering the food and it was easy to navigate to each item.
App and online sucks
I tried over and over to pay with my debit card and cc and would not take payment. I finally thought maybe if I sd save card it would go through and it did. I don’t like doing that bcuz I’ve had too many frauds
Add info again
It’s a pain to add all your information in app for every pick up order. It should save default info

Delivery, convenience fees on top of third party delivery fees are really excessive.

No happy hour and half priced appetizers. Sad.
