Very easy to use. I use it often at home and at my fire pit in my backyard. Never had an issue with it.
App wasn’t working with Apple Pay
I spent an hour trying to get Apple Pay to work and got very hungry. Called the store in Newark, Delaware and they didn’t care. Even talk to the manager! Finally figured out Apple Pay wasn’t working.

The menu doesn’t match your offerings very frustrating when you are trying to offer.

Unable to resolve issue with account. Even with tech support. Removed and tried to re-add using different email address. But seems to be issue with using same phone number on re-set. Can only order using app as guest.

Payment processing issues trying to order

Worst app ever.
Only allows payment in store or Apple Pay. When I select an entry, the “customize” feature won’t function or if it does work, there’s no appropriate option. For instance, I was ordering something with mushrooms standard for my son who hates mushrooms. There is no option to have the mushrooms on the side so that I can use them on my steak. So, if I want mushrooms on my steak, I have to pay for them even though they should have been on the chicken & shrimp order.

I had to redo my order twice. The app kept telling me that my order couldn’t be ready before 4:45 even though I had selected 5:00. Then it would wipe out my information and force me to re-enter it. Applebees needs a new IT VP.

After going in to the store the other day and enjoying the meal. We decided to do some carry out. It said if you get the app then you can get a free appetizer. The worst news was the won ton Tacos that we wanted were not on the menu for online. Then the free app is not available on this order, but we can use it on our next order within 30 days. Good Lord it was difficult and no explanation besides some stores won’t have everything on the menu. But this place has those on the menu, just not for carry out?

Cards Declined
I have been trying for months to pay on the app, every time it says my card is declined, and I have tried multiple cards from both my husband and I. I have double checked my phone number, address, card info, and nothing works. I always have to go inside to pay.
