App is not working. It keeps giving error msg.

Ugh…once again
Not only is it the most expensive place to charge, the system is not user friendly. The screens you have to read are sometimes impossible to read when the sun hits it. The other day I was charging (I’ve only figured out how to use it with my credit card bc the app feature is so wonky), and a family who was charging next to me asked for my help. It seemed like they were doing things right but to no avail. They gave up and left. The app isn’t great - it advertises easier charging but I can’t find how to sign up for this feature. The kiosks aren’t clear. The chargers are expensive and the hoses are heavy and hard to manage. Sorry applegreen. My biggest recommendation is to hire a userabiltu expert and have them do one on one testing with the app and kiosk.

Pain in the rear
Setting up an account took longer than charging the car.
App unusable.
Tried soooooo hard, but the app didn’t have keyboards pop up when you’re inputting information so it’s just unusable. Bummer.
No charging stations on map
None of the NY Thruway charging stations show up on the map. Makes it unusable. Has been the case for 1yr+ with no fix.
App needs to be modernized to digital forms of payment
I don’t like that the app wants to store my credit card and personal data. No Apple Pay PayPal or other options. Also doesn’t allow login with Apple or use of passkey. Just user id and password. I see it’s a company that started in the EU which has better privacy protections, but not with their US app. I’ll pay the higher fee per kWh by not creating an account.

Bring back Tesla superchargers to the NJ turnpike!
Just terrible. Spent 10 min trying to get 2 chargers to work both with and without the app with no luck. Total junk and waste of time.

A scam app that should be banned
I spent 15 minutes getting a stupid app registration because these jerks disabled guest mode on all of their EV chargers. I would already be on my way home if it weren’t for these idiots holding me hostage.

I go to sign up, put all my information. Type in credit card details. Press next. It goes to the previous screen prior to cc info. Love it. Can't even register. Debug your codebase before you release to the public people...

Worst Charging Ever
I waited for 4 hours to receive a email to confirm my account that never showed up. I ended up having to rely on a stranger and give him cash to use his account. Because the credit card swipe was broken and the app wasn’t able to provide me an email to verify my account.
Bring back the Tesla Chargers at Applegreen because at least they worked and didn’t leave customers stranded.

Didn’t support Tesla
In a station in NJ not far from Philly
Trash app. Trash chargers
They replaced Tesla chargers at turnpike. Now instead of having 20 chargers we get total of two. Rates are very expensive. Chargers won’t send more than 50kw to the vehicle.
Bad interface and activation impossible
Had to install it as they have replaced Tesla Chargers with these. App is horrendous and activation email never arrived had to call the number and someone picked up from EU to activate account. How is this normal
Don’t trust the app!
We tried using the chargers at several locations on the NJ Turnoike but they were not installed yet which resulted in us getting down to 3% after trying three of their locations and then having to be towed to a Tesla charger where we were able to charge. Their website lists the sites but doesn’t delineate operational chargers from “coming soon“. Poor way to treat customers.

Can’t log in
I’ve created my account within the app, and it claims to send me a security code. But it never does. I’ve done this 100 times now and I never receive the code, either in junk or spam. This app is garbage.
Chargers Don’t Work, Shame on NJ
None of the chargers work. Such a shame New Jersey removed all of the Tesla chargers which worked perfectly.
