For any questions about the payment or subscription, please check the App Store subscription settings. About the login and support message: Please contact us directly by email at support@tonestro.com. This allows us to check your account, Premium status and login issue in detail. It is important to use the same email address in the app that was used for registration. In the saxophone lessons, tonestro supports you with structured exercises, songs and feedback on pitch and rhythm.
