Unable to login the app and acct online. It’s been like this since I bought the thing a year ago. Don’t waste your time or money.
Don’t bother
Better to just contact your internet service provider directly instead of using this app. It directs you to use a QR code but can’t even recognize one. After entering info manually the app just interfaces with your ISP anyway but now you’ve had to provide email to yet another company who’s likely going to sell it to advertisers.

I spent so long trying to login and create a more secure password. This app never let me login…had to go to the weird webpage. Terrible app

This app won’t even let me log in, after having to manually setup because the QR code finder just blinks and says improper QR code without even giving you a chance to even scan it! Worthless!

Wont scan your QR code, then boots you back to the start menu each time you try. Absolutely terrible.

The worst modem router ever
I paid over $450 dollars for this piece of junk mean just read the reviews on their own app and website. Why would you keep selling this product if it doesn’t work correctly. I want a refund and I’ll never buy one of these brands again.

Tried logging in and it struggled. I’ve been waiting for like an hour for my app to “set up” and it’s taking forever ever.
Not even usable
The very first step asked you to scan a QR code, but the camera only comes up for a fraction of a second before it tells you that you didn’t provide a proper QR code and sends you back to the first step. It’s literally not even one single second! I had my camera pointed directly on the QR code, but it wouldn’t even attempt to scan it. This program is complete and utter garbage. It doesn’t work at all. I’ve been trying to set up this router for two days and can’t even connect to the Internet. Arris is the worst possible company and you should never ever buy any product from them. It’s unbelievable that this is supposed to be a high-end product when it in fact is the worst Wi-Fi system I have ever encountered in my 35 years on this planet.
