Made a good app Worst
The earlier app was so seemless. Now multiple family members are linked to my mobile . I am not able to login via mobile otp , it asks for Uuhid. I wanted to login to app to know my UUHID. If you know my mobile number show all patients linked to it.
AVOID THIS HOSPITAL
Stupid app and even worse Doctors. They misbehave with their patients and quality of care is really bad. Just save your money and go somewhere else.
Forcing login even to check basic information
I have multiple ids attached to my mobile, cant sign in easily, can’t just check dr’s availability
New version is pathetic
I am already registered the new version does recognise me as a registered member but still doesn’t allow me to login. Thus not allowing me to book appointments… pathetic!!

Not at all user friendly
The new version of app is not at all user friendly ! All old data is lost & data of patients added earlier also isn’t visible
New version not good
The earlier version of the app was much better. It was easier to navigate n functions worked. With the new version- family members added earlier have been removed, need to add them again and then the app is not able to search for state or city and did not let me save. All old records are no longer visible, even though there is an option of “history” but 80% of details are not visible. With this version the whole experience has taken 10 steps back and looks very old traditional app.

Not a great aaplication
I would suggest that the last application was much better. I have had my brother admitted as a patient for the past two years, and this time we are very disappointed with the application. No diagnostic reports are uploaded on time, and we need to chase the nurse multiple times. Overall, the user experience is not good.

Terrible Application Update
The previous application of Artemis PHR was much better, the current one has terrible UX. They have made some shift and the current one is such a pain to add a family member, take appointments. On top of it feels like a webview inside app. The previous one was good. Had been using it for long time.
Useless and pathetic app for booking appointments
Useless app! Appointment booking not working. It shows issue not authorized to to update demographics. One of the pathetic apps seen! So many bugs in app. slots shown different everytime you navigate calendar .

Don’t even let me login. Keeps on setting I’m offline. I’ve deleted and downloaded the app twice not. Same issue.
Worsened experience
App is extremely buggy. UI navigation is like a maze. Tells me not connected to Internet when I am freely watching YouTube

Comprehensive App
Very comprehensive and user friendly app having all medical records and complete documents

User unfriendly
When I have to access my records urgently the app makes me go through a loop of ridiculous image selections to prove I am human. Why can’t you make it linked to OTP ? Why do you need to keep logging out the user ?

Serious Login Issue
Your recent updated app is pathetic. The moment you even come out of app to check something and go back it asks to login again. Patient has to login 50 times a day back and forth for details. This issue wasn’t there before. Kindly check this bug and rectify. It’s very inconvenient.

Great user friendly app works very well for me
I have been using this app for appointments, for my lab records, for my doctor's prescriptions and discharge summary and I must say Artemis has done a great job. The only feedback I have is to please add discount options in the appointment as the discounts are presently only possible if we book from the hospital counter.
