Unstable App
Just booked our first set of reservations. App keeps coming back with “Oops! something went wrong, please try again later.” message.
Had to kill app and restart it to make the initial reservation.
You setup payment in the Account profile yet when you go to book it doesn’t use that information and forces you to re-enter all of it again. Why bother having that function in profile.
Net is really poorly done design and functionality.

Facebook ad offer scam.
Says 1 free night anywhere. But is 1 free night if you stay six. Scam!
The opposite of user friendly
Terrible UX design, this app needs an overhaul.
Can’t add booking
The OPT code didn’t arrive in my email within the window to enter it into the app. Tried many times.
Huge performance issue that hurt the business.
I got the 16 pro and the app drains my battery. The app burns my phone crazily whenever I am trying to book a hotel.
Bad bad bad
You have 5 mins to confirm your account. Email with code to confirm arrives in 10 mins using a very standard Gmail account. Do better.
Useless app
It is one of the most useless apps. It did not register my confirmed booking and the passcode did not work even after few attempts. What a way to represent Ascott group???!!

Frustrating
Cannot paste passwords into the app when trying to sign up. When you try to retrieve a booking it pops up a modal that it needs more info, dismissing the modal redirects you back away from the page where you could have inputted the information. Horrible

Too much errors
Failed to show new search window, maybe more than 100 times. Always PC necessary to find hotels. Agents apps are far more useful and quick; it worths more than time lost with ASR app.

On top of poor operation of customer royalty programme. Application often crash. Don’t bother to download. Literally often.
