Ridiculous registration
• Can’t do it online; have to download the app
• “Enter the activation code.” There is no activation code on the document. It’s called “PIN” on the document.
• I correctly enter the PIN once, twice, three times only to receive “Invalid Code” each time.
• Give up and risk it. It isn’t worth my time.

Don’t Buy
1. Doesn’t have the guide to help place the screen protector on
2. You have to download an app to register the warranty. A little odd compared to other companies
3. The app wants to run a “device check” on my phone. Seems super sketchy. Waste of an extra $40 for the warranty’s because I don’t plan on letting some app run a device check on my phone.

Doesn’t work.
The app does not work. I had to contact support and they confirmed the app is not working. I had to email them the information requested.
The warranty covers $300, which is a laughable considering the amount of tediousness the registration process was.
I would not recommend this product.

So my iPad is Wi-Fi only. Even after jumping through their crazy number of hoops, you can’t register the device unless the device has a SIM card. Well, they do say to stop by one of their stores…. Like, where is one of those. Horrible process. Will never purchase the product again.
