• Can’t do it online; have to download the app
• “Enter the activation code.” There is no activation code on the document. It’s called “PIN” on the document.
• I correctly enter the PIN once, twice, three times only to receive “Invalid Code” each time.
• Give up and risk it. It isn’t worth my time.

Don’t Buy
1. Doesn’t have the guide to help place the screen protector on
2. You have to download an app to register the warranty. A little odd compared to other companies
3. The app wants to run a “device check” on my phone. Seems super sketchy. Waste of an extra $40 for the warranty’s because I don’t plan on letting some app run a device check on my phone.

Doesn’t work.
The app does not work. I had to contact support and they confirmed the app is not working. I had to email them the information requested.
The warranty covers $300, which is a laughable considering the amount of tediousness the registration process was.
I would not recommend this product.

So my iPad is Wi-Fi only. Even after jumping through their crazy number of hoops, you can’t register the device unless the device has a SIM card. Well, they do say to stop by one of their stores…. Like, where is one of those. Horrible process. Will never purchase the product again.

I have been trying to register my cell helmet since January. Can not get passed the date purchased.

Product is worthless if you’re not notified about the expiration on the warranty or even the warranty card. I now can’t get my warranty because I was never told about the registration or the card.

Somehow accesses EVERYTHING!
Would love to know how a screen protection registration needs to access my home alarm system and literally every other app on my phone. Immediately after registering I received an email from my home protection service letting me know Asfalis had logged into my account and changed my settings. How did I confirm this was true? Well, the app erroneously recorded my phone as an iPhone 15,3 now every app on my phone also lists my device as same. Had I known this when the nice kid at Verizon sold me the $59.99 liquid screen protector I would have told him to keep it. The lifetime warranty isn’t worth having all my vital privacy restrictions violated. Customer support pls contact me to un-register this product and remove all the permissions. The links provided on the literature and in the app, no surprise, do not work.

Horrible registration
I am trying to register a brand new iPad and the photo taker is unable to get the entire screen into the box. I tired 6 times and it kept saying the quality is poor or it is a partial picture.

I bought my son a new phone and took it to Staples to have the Liquid Nano applied. The associate never told me I had to register the liquid. He just told me to keep the number. I tried to submit a claim and they won’t do anything about it. I had the charge as proof. Well the product doesn’t work as my son dropped his phone on hardwood floors and the back shattered.

Never experienced like this before. Make sure have a mirror handy ... unbelievable. Almost not worth it.

As long as you read the directions, it’s SUPER easy to register. They want your receipt for obvious reasons (proof of purchase) as well as a picture of your screen to prove your screen isn’t already damaged. (DUH) takes about 2 minutes to complete!

Had an accident on a pedal bike and I he Asfalis screen protector failed.
At time of sales we were told the best part about this product, no matter what happens, they fix it.
After three weeks of back and fourth with Asfalis claims, they denied claim with response that product was installed incorrectly.
If you are reading this review to register , it is too late, you have already been scammed. Complete fraud.

My wife and I both bought new phones and had this new screensaver applied at the Verizon store. Trying to register this is unbelievable so I guess it won’t happen.

Unreasonable and risky
Never ever ever give an app permission to create a profile on your phone. This is you giving them complete and 100% control over your device with no ability to know what they are doing or what information they are taking, how they are storing it, etc.

I purchased cell helmet to protect my screen and it had be register my phone thru Asfalis. My phone got damaged 3weeks later. I got it repaired thru a reputable company. Contacted Asfalis, went through all the motions, said the would reimburse me. It’s been 5 weeks now and I haven’t received a dime. Please don’t waste your money

There is no reason an app needs the device access this company wants. Delete and avoid this company.
What a joke
I’m trying to register for my mothers phone. She was suckered into buying way too much from Verizon (thanks con men). I can complete her registration without using her phone. Why?!?!?
