Customer service is absolutely appalling
Received wrong item and one item had a makeup stain , and customer service extremely unhelpful. Been speaking to an agent for nearly an hour and the first agent ended the chat on me. Making me return everything - in separate parcels (although they all came in the same parcel) and not replacing faulty/ incorrect items.
This is not the first time I’ve experienced bad customer service with asos - every other brand I have bought from has had amazing customer service.
This is even more frustrating considering I purchased next day delivery for a year
