Worst experience ever
First I waited over 2 weeks for my item to arrive to find out they were shipping it back to sender, just to realize they never sent it to the right address in the first place. There was no attempt to contact me or anything communicating this. I checked the location every day and it kept saying in transit until it finally said returning to sender- extremely bad job communicating the location of my package. Then for customer service- I spoke with Jaya who couldn’t help me or connect anyone to help escalate the problem. I was told there is no way to communicate with anyone else in the company. Did I mention that I’m 7 months pregnant and now will have to wait a full month for the only pair of shorts I feel comfortable in with this summer heat. I am
very disappointed for the lack of attention, communication, accountability, and full attempt to rectify the situation fully. This is not a customer service issue; this is a chain issue that starts at the top and trickles down. If I could give 0 stars I would.

You will find better customer service in prison
The worst customer service experience I have ever had - they take days to email back - there’s no phone communication - their customer service chat line replies back at their convenience - unless you’re unemployed to have nothing to do all day then you’ll enjoy waiting five minutes for a response that’s asking you a question that you already answered six messages ago.
The clothes fine, but you can get clothes but what you can’t get anywhere is a diligent, responsive, and proactive customer service team.
