Horrible process and speed. I regularly use WISE and get my money in India in seconds. I wanted to try it once, and got my money stuck for hours. My account was verified, asked me for documentation. I uploaded a generated STATEMENT ENERGY BILLS and all. A system generated document was rejected for having low quality or low light while taking a picture. I uploaded it straight not a picture. Horrible experience. Never again

Initially liked it but after 2 transfers it stopped working thought it’s only me facing the issue but later found almost everyone is facing same issue no matter which transfer type we select payment is getting failed

App fails to transfer intermittently
Unfortunately, I have had bad luck consistently transferring through this app. For my first few transfers, it took several days to deposit it. And after that the app is just giving me payment failures even if there is more than sufficient balance or different payment modes are used.
Support has not been that great. I tried several times. Didn’t bother reaching out to support again as I haven’t received responses in the past.

Transfer rate good but worst delivery
Worst speed of delivery though promises 10 mins. Take 60 mins but don’t take 24 hrs. Trust is the importance in a financial business and tou lost mine. 3 times in a row! Worst experience. Remitly was showing 300 less so selected Aspora but you again showed you colour! Worst!
