Stuck in London

The Apple not allow me to switch to Broadway shows. It will only show West End locations in London. The web website will let me switch back-and-forth, but the app only lists locations in the United Kingdom.

Thanks for getting in touch. To switch to US shows, tap the location selector in the top right of the home screen and choose the United States. Broadway shows will then appear on both the home screen and the search tab. Keep Getting Payment Errors

This site is great to buy tickets until you get to the payment page. Then it declines and says to call Box Office. So called the box office and they said not sure why declining payment because everything was valid. It’s too bad. Much easier to navigate than Ticketmaster app. Guess I’ll keep buying my shows on Stub Hub.
