Stupidity beyond measure
The app lets you fill out the endless text boxes of information and only when you click submit does it say “Oh No! Error 413!” As if I can do anything except curse whoever made this app.
Similarly, on the website, the submit button itself is only decorative. If you want it to work, you might have to do a tirth yatra, conduct a protest and claim you are lotus before it lets your pleas go through.
What an embarrassment in the name of India.
Fix the damn app and stop Geo blocking, you utterly incompetent morons.

Disappointed
Great initiative but abysmal execution. Very slow and unreliable page loads. Photo upload doesn’t work.
Could do a lot better
Reducing paper means making processes easier and effective. The form is cumbersome to fill and should be made easy for honest compliance for 80% of the people.
Hassle
As an airline crew doing a return flight from middle east, my belongings are going to remain the same. So i should not be required to fill the arrival declaration separately. It should give me an option to automatically take list of items from the departure page that i just filled. Also there is no guideline at the airports for this. Only mumbai airport is trying half heartedly by asking if we have completed it online. I do not have the time nor roaming data to fill up the arrival crew declaration a second time with the same items that i filled in departure.
