Solid app but the rewards program needs more value
The Atmos Rewards app works well — it’s clean and easy to use. The bigger issue is the program itself.
After the Alaska + Hawaiian merger, a lot of us expected stronger benefits. Right now it still feels light in a few key areas:
• Hotel benefits are weak. Transfer options are nice, but automatic status or upgrades with major chains (especially Hilton) would make a real difference.
• Lounge access is limited. Eight day passes on the Summit card isn’t enough to justify the high annual fee for many people.
• Mid-tier status (Silver/Gold) needs better everyday perks for regular flyers.
• The Summit credit card needs stronger exclusive benefits to match its $395 price.
The foundation is there. The app is fine. The program just needs more substance and better value if it wants members to stay engaged long-term.

Nothing works
Of course - Private equity ratio is up and they are board forcing bad decisions (like this faulty app) to distress the Alaska Air Group and make a case for PE to "save it". Liquidating companies one by one. No meals on 6 plus hour flight, app that doesn't work, points that didn't transfer from Alaska to Atmos. App just brings you back to

Terrible
The app is not working at all. It won’t even let me login to see my account or points. I’m about to cancel my card and shut down my account.
Cannot log in
Log in and it never actually proceeds with logging me in and opening up the app
Train Wreck
OK, forgive the mixed-up metaphor but I didn’t want to title this Plane Crash. However, along with being an odd name that makes you go, “Huh?”, the ATMOS app has never gotten off the ground. I guess it’s tough to combine 2 airlines into one app while maintaining the original identities, but with the technology braintrust available in the Seattle area, one would think the ATMOS app would have had a smoother rollout. I’ve reset my password 5 times and it still stalls and won’t let me login. Worthless.

This app seems to have a lot of issues that Alaska doesn’t seem to want to fix.

Can’t log in. App simply doesn’t work. Everyone has same problem
Useless
Atmos app constantly crashes — can’t even get past login!! Never had issues on Alaska app before it merged. Now it is useless. Wasted over two hours troubleshooting including clearing cache, deleting, reinstalling, etc and still does not work. So frustrating!
Hawaiian Air nightmare conversion
They loss my points in the conversion to Alaska Air, my password, my tickets!

What’s even the point?
One of the least user friendly experiences I’ve had in a while. Searching around on the app for over 10 minutes trying to add passport information. The app kept diverting me back to the Alaska App (which works fine) but what’s even the point of this app if it’s just going to keep diverting me to the other app.

Just downloaded - can’t login
I just downloaded this app and tried to login and it just gives me a blank white screen. How a company spends tons of money on a rebranding and doesn’t bother spending much on the app is beyond me. I could literally make a better app using AI.
Poor service
App does not work in US Territories where Hawaiian Airlines fly. Need a better system to include places/regions that pays more for your fares.
Hate Alaska Airlines App too much problems
Hate it. Get rid of it! Bring Hawaiian Airlines App back immediately. It was so much easier to use.
Why is it so bad?
Can’t even log into my account regularly. Frequently just stalls out and I revert to a browser. Ugh.
Another GD app
Can’t get Atmos Rewards to open using internet browser, no matter what setting we had. The screen was mostly blank with question marks showing everywhere. So got the frickin app. The app is made for a phone only, not an iPad or Mac. Extremely hard to navigate when the text is too small for my eyes. Can’t make it larger either. So will use it once to use up our miles and then we will be flying on delta from now on. The fastest way to piss this customer off is to force me to use an app that I can’t read!

Worst loyalty app out there
Alaska bought Hawaii and then managed to make neither of their loyalty program Apps work with Atmos (!?!?!?) … good luck using this dog t*rd
