Tried for two solid hours to get on to buy tickets never could get a confirmation number
Tried for two Solid hours to buy tickets. My wife and her girlfriend already had bought them they would not I did all the things not once not twice but three times then they told me to try again, so I did I would not do business with them. They do not know how to make it user-friendly. what a joke.

UPDATE: Then commenting to contact them does absolutely nothing! I received the same canned message I got from the individual on the phone! They will not assist you in any way shape or form if something happens while ordering and you aren’t aware!!! Stay away from this app at all costs!
I used the app for the first time. Selected a date for a movie and our seats using a discount we received through our phone provider. Had to jump off the app only to come back and it backed out of what I selected and you couldn’t find it! I reselected the tickets and selected the seats and paid which should have been for 9-3-26. The app changed to 9-1-26! Therefore we are heading to the movies tonight and there’s no tickets! I then find out they had expired due to being for the 1st. Kindly asked Muhammad Y. if I could have a refund due to the convoluted experience and unintentionally missing our movie on the 1st. He came back with I should have canceled up to 30 minutes prior to the movie! HAD I KNOWN it booked them for the 1st instead of the 3rd as intended I would have done so!!!! No refund offered! Will uninstall and place a horrible review on Google as well!!! No thank you Atom! You lost a first and only time customer!

Atom gave me wrong information
We purchased tickets through Atom app to see a movie August 2nd at Flix Brewhouse at 12pm in screen 2. We are arrived 30 minutes early only to find a different movie playing. The manager was not sure why Atom gave us the wrong information so she put us in a different screen for the same movie. We lost 15 minutes of the movie since it already started. I contacted Atom support and their answer was I need to contact Flix Brewhouse for their mistake. Flix Brewhouse has nothing to do with Atom giving me the wrong information. I’ll never purchase tickets from Atom again. I’m shocked that this has happened since I’ve been purchasing from Atom for years and this has never happened until now. I deleted the Atom app and will purchase my tickets through Flix Brewhouse website from now on.

I used to love the Atom app but their customer service to resolve issues SUCKS. I have contacted them 4 times about a cancellation ahead of time because the app wasn’t letting me and the day of the movie came, no response from them so the movie played and they have a no refund policy but how is it my fault that their stupid app didn’t allow me to cancel DAYS before the movie, and I even contacted them directly. They are THIEVES. UNETHICAL. UNPROFESSIONAL. SCAMMERS.

Can’t use gift card
Did not allow me to use gift card for my purchase!
Trouble rescheduled
I tried to reschedule for Spider Man but they allow gave me $5 which won’t be enough to pay for the new ticket. I tried emailing and calling customer service several times, but no response. I need help with this.

Would be nice if it worked
I liked the details of the theaters and the special attributes of each screen. Every time I tried to actually reserve tickets it would error out. Restarted phone, reinstalled app, no help. Even better, it would then mark those seats as unavailable, so each time I had to select worse seats!

Cancelled tickets day of
I never use this app bc of past experiences. I broke down to use my TMobile Tuesday perk and bought a spiderman ticket a week before the movie. The day of, I receive a text saying my ticket was successfully cancelled and I'd get a refund. Customer service was unavailable via phone or chat. Had to pay triple for the ticket. I do not recommend this app.
