Atom gave me wrong information
We purchased tickets through Atom app to see a movie August 2nd at Flix Brewhouse at 12pm in screen 2. We are arrived 30 minutes early only to find a different movie playing. The manager was not sure why Atom gave us the wrong information so she put us in a different screen for the same movie. We lost 15 minutes of the movie since it already started. I contacted Atom support and their answer was I need to contact Flix Brewhouse for their mistake. Flix Brewhouse has nothing to do with Atom giving me the wrong information. I’ll never purchase tickets from Atom again. I’m shocked that this has happened since I’ve been purchasing from Atom for years and this has never happened until now. I deleted the Atom app and will purchase my tickets through Flix Brewhouse website from now on.

THIEVES, SCAMMERS
I used to love the Atom app but their customer service to resolve issues SUCKS. I have contacted them 4 times about a cancellation ahead of time because the app wasn’t letting me and the day of the movie came, no response from them so the movie played and they have a no refund policy but how is it my fault that their stupid app didn’t allow me to cancel DAYS before the movie, and I even contacted them directly. They are THIEVES. UNETHICAL. UNPROFESSIONAL. SCAMMERS.

Can’t use gift card
Did not allow me to use gift card for my purchase!
Trouble rescheduled
I tried to reschedule for Spider Man but they allow gave me $5 which won’t be enough to pay for the new ticket. I tried emailing and calling customer service several times, but no response. I need help with this.

Would be nice if it worked
I liked the details of the theaters and the special attributes of each screen. Every time I tried to actually reserve tickets it would error out. Restarted phone, reinstalled app, no help. Even better, it would then mark those seats as unavailable, so each time I had to select worse seats!

Cancelled tickets day of
I never use this app bc of past experiences. I broke down to use my TMobile Tuesday perk and bought a spiderman ticket a week before the movie. The day of, I receive a text saying my ticket was successfully cancelled and I'd get a refund. Customer service was unavailable via phone or chat. Had to pay triple for the ticket. I do not recommend this app.

Doesn’t let me add tickets for the screening I want but for any other one it somehow does.

Terrible customer service
I purchased tickets as a guest and never received an email with the tickets so I couldn’t access them. I even clicked the “email ticket” button three times. I sent three emails to the customer service team and never received a response. The AI customer service bot just redirects you to unhelpful FAQ’s. As long as you never need anything from anyone the app works well but not worth it if you can never receive help for an error committed on the developer side.
UPDATE - the customer service ticket finally went through and they said they would email the ticket and never did. So I lost money on two tickets because I couldn’t access them. Then they sent me an insulting “case closed” email. Never using this service again.

Useless app
This app charges you for tickets like it’s not free to buy them at the theater in advance. Theaters should not be charging fees to buy tickets for their movies. This is why movie theaters are going out of business.
Terrible
It was so bad trying to navigate this app. Save yourself the trouble. I had a coupon code, was checking out and being met with countless errors and then when I finally got to the end it said that my tickets were pending. 10 minutes later it said that the tickets were not reserved. I tried again using the coupon code and it said that it was no longer valid. Terrible app, never using this
