Would be nice if it worked
I liked the details of the theaters and the special attributes of each screen. Every time I tried to actually reserve tickets it would error out. Restarted phone, reinstalled app, no help. Even better, it would then mark those seats as unavailable, so each time I had to select worse seats!
I had a promo for seeing Spider-man if I used Atom.
I decided it was better to actually have tickets, so I used Fandango.

Cancelled tickets day of
I never use this app bc of past experiences. I broke down to use my TMobile Tuesday perk and bought a spiderman ticket a week before the movie. The day of, I receive a text saying my ticket was successfully cancelled and I'd get a refund. Customer service was unavailable via phone or chat. Had to pay triple for the ticket. I do not recommend this app.

Terrible customer service
I purchased tickets as a guest and never received an email with the tickets so I couldn’t access them. I even clicked the “email ticket” button three times. I sent three emails to the customer service team and never received a response. The AI customer service bot just redirects you to unhelpful FAQ’s. As long as you never need anything from anyone the app works well but not worth it if you can never receive help for an error committed on the developer side.
UPDATE - the customer service ticket finally went through and they said they would email the ticket and never did. So I lost money on two tickets because I couldn’t access them. Then they sent me an insulting “case closed” email. Never using this service again.

Useless app
This app charges you for tickets like it’s not free to buy them at the theater in advance. Theaters should not be charging fees to buy tickets for their movies. This is why movie theaters are going out of business.
Terrible
It was so bad trying to navigate this app. Save yourself the trouble. I had a coupon code, was checking out and being met with countless errors and then when I finally got to the end it said that my tickets were pending. 10 minutes later it said that the tickets were not reserved. I tried again using the coupon code and it said that it was no longer valid. Terrible app, never using this

Refuses to load , not my WiFi

Worst app and website I have ever used
I will probably never buy another ticket off of this app. Me and a few people were going to go to a movie and no one could get the app or website to work. It crashed repeatedly and then said the tickets we selected weren’t available so we waited a bit and then they showed up on the seat map again and then nothing would load. We were in an endless loop for over an hour and finally gave up on atom and just booked from the movie theatre

WONT LOAD
Trying desperately to buy a Spiderman ticket and this app will NOT LOAD! Keeps telling me to “Try Again” Tmobile customer not getting to take advantage of the $5 movie tickets!!! :( :( :(
Doesn’t Load
This app can’t even load a seatmap even when there is nothing wrong with my Wifi or cell service. It continually gives me an error message. Even when the seat map finally loads and I try to reserve the seat it gives me an error message.
