About

"Why do I feel like this today?" — the answer might already be in your data. How you feel is never one thing. Sleep, the state of your mind, what yesterday was like, the air today. Each is recorded somewhere separate, and only means something once they are put together. Attune lines them up as one flow, and reads today against your own usual. ■ Today, in three numbers Condition, Body Battery, Stress. Whether you have recovered, whether you have room left, whether you are wound tight. Whether today is a day to push or a day to rest. The baseline is your own usual — the same number means different things for different people. ■ Telling a hunch from a fact "I always feel worse on days like this." Is that actually true? Attune looks for the relationship in your own records and tells you how sure it is. It does not assert. It is a tool for checking. And when the evidence is not there, it says so rather than inventing a pattern. ■ Keep the apps you already use Attune does not ask you to switch. Whatever reaches Health is read and used, whichever app or device wrote it. Whether your sleep comes from a watch or a ring, your meals from another app, your weight from a scale — it all lands on the same line. And what you log in Attune is written back to Health. So even if you stop using Attune one day, your data stays with you. What is arriving, what is missing, and what each missing piece would let you learn — you can see all of it from day one. ■ Light enough to keep up Mood is one slide. The rest is taps. A record you cannot keep up is worth nothing, so the work has been cut as far as it goes. No Apple Watch needed — enter your sleep by hand and your Condition appears the same day. Attune is not a medical device and cannot be used for diagnosis or treatment decisions. If you are worried about your health, please see a medical professional.

Tap any entry to edit it, and lock the app with Face ID. - Tap an entry in the Log tab to edit or delete it on the spot. Along with mood, symptoms, drinks, meals and moments, entries written straight to Health — sleep, weight, mindfulness, body temperature, blood pressure — now appear in the same list - Lock Attune with Face ID or Touch ID (Settings > Lock with Face ID). Your device passcode opens it when your face or finger doesn't. Off by default - Change the icon in the top corner to a photo, an emoji or a Memoji (Settings > Icon). When you are signed in, it shows your initials by default - ECG — if your Apple Watch recorded one in the last 30 days, it appears on the Today tab. Tap it to see the waveform - Insights — patterns with the same cause are grouped into one card, and the evidence chart now plots every day. The week's trend is also shown in numbers - Apple Intelligence summaries show a moving shimmer while generating, so you can tell when they are done - Tap "Hydration & Intake" on the Today tab to log a drink right there - Places and trips have moved from the Log tab list to the Timeline screen. The Log tab returns to today when you come back to it - Food search now accepts everyday names — Japanese (ごはん, たまご, サーモン) and common English ones (rice, banana, pork belly) — and photo suggestions now find their matches in the English interface too - Fixed: sleep entries could not be deleted. When a deletion fails, Attune now says so - Fixed: deleting a meal did not reduce that day's energy intake
