Will not stay connected
Even when the aids are 1 foot from me they won’t stay connected. Works great if they would stay connected. Batteries go down very fast!
App needs to be redesigned
The heating aids (Ion Pro 2) work well, but the app is useless.
It will constantly (every 15 minutes or so), drop the connection to the hearing aids and will not reconnect unless you put the aids in the charger for “2 seconds” and then reconnect.
That means that you must carry the charger with you if you want to adjust the aids. This makes the app less than useless.
I have another pair of TruHearing aids and the controlling app never disconnects the aids.
Your app needs to be reconfigured or abandoned!

Having trouble all the time
Will not stay connected

Frustrating
Always telling me cannot connect when my hearing aids are in my ears. Must put in charging case then remove so app connects. Really frustrating and cumbersome!!
So annoying
App won’t stay connected, so every time I want to use the app, I have to put the hearing aids back in the charger and take them out.
Serious problems
Firstly, the charging case needs redesign ing- if you take out the aid you put away first I have found that, because the leads are crossed over one another, you pull out the other aid as well, which ends up on the floor.
Secondly, there are serious problems with the Bluetooth connection. I have found it takes up to 5 times to connect the bluetooth and even then the connection can drop out, requiring them to be reprogrammed again.
Third, on a positive note, the units operate well if they are just used as hearing sids. One personal problem however- I work in an area where there are lots of door access badge readers, so when in their proximity sll I get is a loud crackling noise from the aids. They are good for everyday use otherwise, just not at work.

Application Needs Work
The hearing aids are as good as others I've tried in the past, but the functionality of the application is poor. The devices constantly disconnect and I need to carry the case, constantly, in the event they disconnect. Please, please update the application with more consistently.
App stinks
Hearing aids work fine but the app is horrible. It will work for a short time but then it won’t be able to detect the hearing aids so the app is useless. Makes you put the hearing aids back in the case to reconnect and this only works for a short time again. I see other users say the same thing. Please fix the app. It is so inconvenient now and almost useless.

App needs work
I feel like the hearing aids have potential but this app needs a lot of work. Could not access the hearing profiles, they would disconnect all the time, streaming issues.
App doesn’t work
I can only get it to work some of the time and when it does, it disconnects from the hearing aids frequently!
Really poor
The app failed to control my ion pro 2. Seems to connect but has no control. It got worse after a recent iOS update. It’s totally useless in its current configuration. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. I’ve reconfigured bluetooth still no control. This is not the product if you want app control of your hearing aids.

Audien pro app
This may possibly be the worst hearing aid Bluetooth app I have ever seen
It disconnects constantly and you need to reload the aids back into the charging case in order to reconnect them

Dud app terrible
Worst app out there. Can’t even use it! I need to adjust volume & check battery. My hands are nerve damaged cannot use the toggle switch

No support
Upgraded this morning and neither set of my Audien hearing aids will pair. Called support, AI sent email link to make an appointment asked to speak with representative. Couldn’t hear him without hearing aids and he hung up. The aids work well if you can connect, Bluetooth stinks. Will not stay connected unless you keep your phone in your hand when moving around.

I spend more time with horrible app than I do wearing them. I’m soooo disappointed. I agree with all the other reviewers. I have the same problems!
