Please open the app and save your preferred volume and settings. They store directly on your hearing aids for ongoing use. The app will be removed from the store on October 8, 2026. While the app will remain functional on your phone past this date, it will no longer receive software updates or technical assistance and future operating system compatibility / functionality cannot be guaranteed. Your hearing aids will keep working using their on-device controls and saved settings.

Doesn’t Connect half the time

The app is great when it connects to the hearing aids allowing selection of programs , balance and equalizer; however, it often cannot find them even though they are clearly connected via Bluetooth. Unpredictable and unstable app.
