Doesn’t Connect half the time

The app is great when it connects to the hearing aids allowing selection of programs , balance and equalizer; however, it often cannot find them even though they are clearly connected via Bluetooth. Unpredictable and unstable app.

Enjoying Lexie, but concerned

I saw yesterday (by coincidence on a Facebook post) that Lexie is moving operations out of the US. It seems others learned of this distressing news directly from Lexie, but I received no such notification! I would like to understand the ramifications of this news to loyal customers, and what we may get expect in the way of changes. I’m so upset! I really love my hearing aids and greatly depend on them!

Terrible Support when I call, they hang up the phone

I am unable to continue trying to get this Hearing Aide working. I am not new to Hearing Aides as a war Hearing Aides since 1973. When I worked on helicopter in the military now, I have a disability with high frequency loss. So this set of Hearing Aide cost me over $1000 and rent a car for Support to figure out how to work this thing the Support we hang up the phone on me. My suggestion is please do not order this item. I would withdraw this comment if someone calls me to fix my problem. OK RENT Pinao.

Excellent service outstanding

Undesirable default streaming on Lexie B3 hearing aids

I do not like or want the automatic streaming of phone and media to the hearing aids. The iphone itself provides better quality sound and has less impact on the aid’s batteries. Hearing aids are for hearing assistance not another set of earbuds. B2 hearing aids permitted streaming to be turned off through MFi settings under Accessibility. This doesn’t seem possible with the new B3s. I have to turn streaming off in two separate operations each time I put them on. Not good. There don’t appear to be any settings in the app that addresses this defect.

Lexie 2 app

The app has not been very good for me always having trouble keeping my hearing aids working and staying connected.

Finer control please.

I recently purchased a pair of the B3 hearing aid. In the future could you add a more step control for the volume and the tone controls like are available for my B2's?
Thanks.

Can not login or sign up

This new update has made my dad‘s life worse because he’s not able to get into the app to change the settings of the hearing aid to fix issue in right hand side Hearing aid earplug. There is no way to fix it. I don’t know how it can be happening in the era of LLMs. Good hardware and not so good software.

App awkward

App difficult to use. Entering info causes screen to bounce around

Replenishing supplies, etc.

I am using my hearing aids on a regular basis. I am also thankful for the support I have received from Lexie (Analisa & Precious). Being able to hear better is improving my quality of life.

No longer works with Lexie H1 aids

The app no longer works with Lexie H1 hearing aid which is what I use. Reset my phone, the aids, etc. always give a connection error in the app now.

Customers service very poor

The hearing aids are fair. They are not that clear as I expected from Bose. But the worst is their customer service. Quick story: I was opted out of their rewards program because I couldn’t understand the rep who called me whose accent was not Midwestern or any other from the USA. I just hung up. Two days later when trying to get back in, I was told once out, your out. Really? I told them never to call me again.

Horrible App

Only one slider for EQ and the slider doesn’t slide.

You have to call for setup because the setup instructions have nothing to do with reality and the hours to call are limited.

Bottom line.. don’t buy this brand. Absolutely horrible.

App

This app is horrific. My right aid is always discontinued. I have to reinstall the app every morning. The app destroys the entire experience. Apple air pods are just as good if not better. Just a shorter battery life. Extremely frustrating

Venal datamining

Seriously, look at all the extraneous data Lexie collects! Disgusting.

Not a great app

Hearing aids used to pair with my old phone but won’t with this one. Tried everything. It’s so inconsistent with this app.

Battery level no longer available on app

With the latest update, battery level is no longer functioning. I reported this to Lexie weeks ago, but so far there has not been a fix. Generally, the hearing aids work well, with the right hearing aid always losing battery strength much faster than the left. This is only visible on the iPhone battery widget not the app itself.
This has happened with two replacement sets I have used, even though the left ear volume is turned up higher than the right ear!

Battery life

The app is no longer registering the remaining battery strength in my B2 hearing aids

Lexie B2

Brand new and they won’t pair on my iPhone or iPad. They pair with the app but I can’t use them like my 10 year old ones. They streamed my calls , movies and online work. guess I’ll switch back to my old ones.

Accurate battery levels

In the last software update the battery level is not accurate. No matter how long I charge the hearing aids the app also shows that they are not charged.
