Useless

This requires that the venue is transmitting sound, which they have no particular reason to do. The Tunity App, while it has its own issues, is a much better concept—it is 100% in the control of the end user with no reliance on the venue doing anything.

Don’t

Horrible app

still needs improvements in the reliability dept

I depend on this in church to be able to hear. I have cochlear implants and this system allows me to hear clearly in church and it works great WHEN IT WORKS.
It's a rather complex setup on my end to deal with the delay and echo caused. I have to turn off the microphones on my processor so I don't hear the sound in the room since this signal is delayed by almost half a second (about 470 ms last time i checked. might be slightly less now)
I updated the OS on my phone last night and now this app stopped working. just no audio. I had to update it to get it to work. but it still disconnects sometimes. I do the livestreaming at church and having your audio suddently stop working is very annoying. either way it's a good system but it's not as solid as i would like

Great app

Wonderful support although rarely needed

Intermittent quality

Often using this app in a gym with 8 TVs, the audio does not connect well with the TV I choose - it will connect for a few seconds upon choosing the TV in the selection GUI (seamless gui btw) but only connect in one ear bud, disconnecting after a few seconds or immediately upon my phone locking. Poor solution

Frequently fails

Won’t work somedays.

iOS 18 needed a patch

When iOS 18 came out there was a problem with the audio at my gym. I reported it to Audifetch and I got a call back right away with an explanation and an indication that an updates app would be available by the end of the week to fix the problem. The update became available as indicated and it resolved the issue. Thanks to Tim D for great/responsive support.

Audio doesn’t stay on the right channel

It keeps going back to default channel and/or just stop playing audio randomly altogether.
Sometimes audio stays on after display is turned off sometimes it doesn’t. Purely random it seems. It doesn’t seem to work in the background?

And it’s been like this for years and yet has not been fixed.

Audio issues

Audio keeps cutting and some channels don’t even play sound.

Walton Whole Life & Fitness

The TV sound is not play over the app!

What a piece of crap

Fitness Center

We use AudioFetch in our Condo Association Fitness Center. It is a great concept and it works well for our residents to watch TV without disturbing others.

Great!

We just installed this system in our commercial building’s fitness center and our tenants really like it! The old plug in audio transmitters were not getting used so we decided to upgrade our TV audio streaming.

Unreliable Garbage

It might work temporarily but it will fail. Probably right when you find something you want to watch.

Review

The app is a lifesaver for someone like me who relies on closed captions. With AudioFetch, I can stream the audio straight to my phone and never miss a world

Good Support Team

I run a gym and have used AudioFetch for years. Have rarely had problems, when we do 1 quick call to the support team gets it Solved. Thanks to Tim D with the Support Team!

Works great

Our church is translating our service into Spanish, and we are using this app so they can hear the audio. It’s working great so far!

Doesn’t work! Cannot turn in a support help ticket either

Doesn’t work as it should

Doesn’t work on iPhone 13

When I first downloaded, I got 5 minutes of use, and then it stopped working. Now it only shows a blank white screen and doesn’t connect. A lot of other patrons of this gym report problems , more so on iOS but not limited to it.

The worst!!!!
