Ok, but many reboots
8/8/26 update: Frame is still buggy, too many reboots/update checks. Plus now we notice sone videos stop loading & won’t play, or just don’t load. And many recent uploaded photos snd reels never dhow up.
It’s been entertaining, BUT it reboots too many times during the day. Very annoying. Why check for updates everyday, multiple times each day. You folks control the feed, so why not SEND an update when available? And, IT IS NOT A WIFI OR NETWORK ISSUE! Everything else connected to our network works fine!

Need albums
App needs albums and the ability to save batches of pics at a time as a backup. Like the frame itself, not the software.
Pretty good
Would love to have ability to group photos into folders and then hide the whole folder from displaying… and switch folders. Doing it picture by picture it too much. For instance… my aunts birthday id coming up. I’d like to remove all the photos for the day and just have a special bday photo message display.

Aura app, good enough
The Aura Frames app works surprisingly well. I like that the app is fairly easy to learn and navigate, even without reading any instructions. There is one minor improvement that I’d like to see. When I select the current frame (the device itself), can Aura please tell us the model (version) of the physical frame? This may come in handy if a household has MULTIPLE frames running. Which frame is which? Am about to uload to the small 10” frame? Or is it the big 15” frame? Aura, please identify the frame in question.

Awesome photo frame
A wonderful gift for my daughter. I love the pictures automatically scrolling daily and I have to get up many times to figure out what I’m looking at because it’s been so many years since I saw this particular photo. It’s wonderful to re-remind me of all the wonderful times I’ve had in my life.
Great no subscription needed
I purchased a Frameo frame for my son. And it does NOT allow me to see the pictures that are on that frame when I upload without purchasing a subscription.
I had purchased an AURA frame for my other son and I can see all the photos and edit the ones I uploaded - NO subscription needed! . This is a BIG Plus and why I would recommend purchasing AURA frames.

Audio Unmute
It is unbelievable that I have to get up from my chair and physically touch the frame to head frame audio! For such a good device, this is a show stopper. It is super annoying and inconvenient that you can’t do this from the app!
Nice app, two suggestions
Two suggestions to enhance usability.
First, enable “pinch to zoom” everywhere photos are displayed. Currently, you have to drill down on the picture, multiple times.
Second, add a function to copy a picture or pictures from one frame to another. We have multiple frames in our family and this would make it so much easier to maintain.

App ALWAYS crashes
I always make sure the app and everything are up to date yet no matter what it ALWAYS crashes 5 seconds after the app loading! So annoying makes me not even want to upload photos anymore🙄

Best present ever for a 90 year old great grandmother. See forgot about tv and just stares at her Aura Frame all day.
Pictures = Memories
After my father passed, we planned a family/friend memorial get away in his honor. We purchased the Aura frame to have with us on the trip. We sent out the app info prior to the memorial so that everyone could load their favorite pictures allowing everyone to enjoy memories and stories. The Aura was the catalyst for so many stories and memories to be shared and enjoyed.

Adore the frame!
I absolutely love the frame that I have gifted to my parents. They get such a kick out of looking through the thousands of pictures we have shared with them. My biggest complaint is the iPhone widget. You’ll see a picture that you want to see and your instinct is to tap to open it up full screen, but it doesn’t open that picture, it just opens into the app. And since, as I said thousands of pictures, you have to browse forever and ever to find the one that you wanted to see.

Doesn’t play all photos
I love the frame and the ability to share with family. We’re having trouble seeing all the photos. Seems like we see the same ones over & over. Tried both sort selections, chronological & shuffle and really don’t see a difference in seeing the same ones. What else can I do?
Great Screen
I absolutely love this photo frame. I have two Nixplay and this one Aura screen. Aura beats Nixplay significantly. The only change/add I would love to see is the option of 5 & 10 second timing between pictures. The least amount offered is 15 seconds and that’s too long for us. That’s the only thing that Nixplay has over the Aura. Please add and make this girl happy!!!

Lots of odd behavior and bugs when utilizing Google Photos.

I love my frame. I stare at it for hours on end. I asking my kids for a 2nd one next year for Christmas so I can have one at my summer cottage too!

I love it! The fact that there is no limit on pics and videos is the best part!
