Fun, easy, such payoff
I thought I was nuts when I bought this frame for the house, but I thought it could cut down on all the “I’ve never seen that picture before,” I hear from my mom. It was easy as anything to set up, new pics display regularly. It’s great and so easily goes phone to frame. I would buy this again without hesitation.

Love this app
I’ve been using this app for about two months now it’s great dependable stable and does this job. Definitely a must have for one of these photo frames.
Easy to use - needs one adjustment
I purchased this frame for my family and enjoy the look and functionality of the frame itself. The app is great to be able to upload photos straight from my phone. However I desperately need the ability to sort the photos in the app by date, as there’s no way to see duplicate photos if they are added at different times.

Super buggy…
Have issues with photos repeatedly shown while many are never shown. Positioning photos doesn’t always save the first time or at all. Turning off live mode on photos doesn’t work. App doesn’t always show the correct photo that is currently on the frame.

Having an issue with it syncing all favorites and can’t figure out how to cancel it.

My photos
I was given the Aura frame as a gift. I have been taking pics for many years now, and now I have the opportunity to see them displayed. The Aura frame “keeps me company with all my precious memories.” So glad I have one!
Customer service
I had my serial number and just wanted my model number (wasn’t home). Could only talk to a real person if I paid for the privilege.
That’s not good customer service. It’s too bad because I love my frame. Will look elsewhere for a gift for my son.

Avoid
Absolutely abysmal customer service. App refuses to work. Every 5 months I need to spend 4 to 5 hours trying to get this thing to recognize my family photos—never seems to work. All I have is a black screen most of the time—angers me every time I walk by. This thing feel like it’s operating on tech from the 2000s—it’s incredibly frustrating. I have to keep a poppy pin beside it I need to reset the internal screen so many times.
Would compel any one considering it to just go with the google frames—I have 3 and they have NEVER given me trouble. Easily the most infuriating device in my house.

Love the frame, HATE the app
App constantly shuts down while I’m in the middle of using it and then I have to start over. Auto-add doesn’t work. I wish the computer interface was more robust so I could completely avoid this lousy app.
LOVE AURA!
I received this as a Mother’s Day gift. The best part is being able to add family and friends so that they can add photos as well.

It is easy to upload photos to this frame. It would be really nice to have some way of categorizing photos so we can display certain sets, like a folder system or something.
The storage is unlimited but with hundreds/thousands of photos loaded, you just get a “random” selection and it’s hard to scroll through and find certain photos. It also seems like there are some individual photos that display regularly. I would love to be able to pick certain time periods, events, photo shoots, etc. to display on demand.
Also, sometimes a photo displays with really bad cropping. This is adjustable in the app, but it doesn’t auto-display the current photo /last photo so you have to scroll through everything to find it.

Saving photos.
There are parts of your program that I do not find intuitive. In particular, saving photos and videos on Aura to my photos on my iPhone. I believe that you should make it much easier to save it both two an iPhone as well as to non iPhone users.

Suddenly, the app is very spam me asking users to purchase greeting cards. We bought your frame now stop treating users like a piggy bank.
Family Faces
We love seeing our families faces popping up. The grandkids love it also.

Does not circulate pics enough. I see the same pictures to often, and have over 2,500 pictures
