It’s better then most
The app doesn’t do everything it promises. I still have spam callers calling me for a business I’ve never owned. I wish they would fix this issue.
I need more help
My vpn comes right back on when I try to turn it off. Other sites find my stuff on the dark web, this one says I’m safe. Phone’s in talahasse and Miami. Far N and far S of me have access to my phone it seems. Aura hasn’t done anything about this. So far not impressed

I have Aura through work and when I got an alert that someone tried to open a credit card in my name I was able to speak with someone for guidance on additional measures I could take to ensure I’m protected. The assistant was warm, informative, and very helpful. I’m grateful to have such an awesome resource!

Updates on iPad
Impossible to do the updates! Need to sign out of aura, sign in again. Sign out of the app update, sign in again. It goes on forever.
Damaged laptop if you decide to leave
So I had gotten a package to remove all traces of myself from the Internet and darkweb because I had a stalker. Not only did my stalker find me, a new stalker found out where I lived, if I lived alone, how old I was… etc. I then turned on THIER VPN and did a quick google search on myself. Lo and behold I found myself on SEVERAL websites. I turned off the VPN and I disappeared. I contacted AURA they told me how I can remove it off the websites. This is what I paid them to do. Why am I doing it? They gave me a run around, blaming me for something(I don’t remember what) then finally completed getting my information off these websites. Since my contract was completed, I decided not to renew. And that’s when my computer that I loaded AURA on stopped working. I attempted to remove AURA and AURA was deeply ingrained in my system I had to do a clean sweep and do a complete restore to remove any trace of AURA. If you look on Apple community… apparently it’s very common occurrence for AURA to mess your computer up if you discontinue their service… buyer beware!

So I’m playing a game that needs Internet boom I get disconnected no warning no nothing. This app has a bug that they’ve never fixed. Don’t even start to say go onto the settings and turn on notifications cause it doesn’t have it.
This site does not work
For some reason, my phone keeps wanting me to update to get any type of information. I’ve updated three times I’ve clicked on the link three times and still cannot Get the information that I need. I pay a lot of money for this service and I’m not getting anything. I just wanna see my credit score.
WORST APP EVER!?
I thought it would keep my kids safe but it just kept glitching them! My eldest wanted to redeem her roblox gift card and I had to do so much for 5 dollars!!!
