I tried the free trial and canceled before the trial was over so far no charges. Problem, now my payment information has changed on some charges, I’ve been getting emails that I didn’t have before and some apps don’t work the way they used to, so think twice.
Spam
I’ve had the service for a couple weeks. I would get spam calls 1-2 times a week, now I get 3-5 daily. Are they blocking them? Sure, however using this service has exposed my number to more scammers, if it doesn’t improve quickly I’ll never recommend to anyone
Just getting started
I know I’ll be so much happier when I get all the sign in and info into the system. It’s a lot but so is feeling unsafe and vulnerable.
Upgrade to Couple from Individual Plan Failed
Two days ago I tried to upgrade. However, the app did not allow me to add a second adult. When I contacted customer service, they threw their hands up in the air. They said to just go back to the Apple Store and cancel my subscription. Lame
Great program, however
The reason I chose this program was to get rid of all the spam calls that I’m getting. So far all I’ve been able to get the program to do is put all incoming calls that it does not recognize, in the silent mode. iPhones can do that without the use of a program. It did a real good job supposedly of making sure all my information was off the dark web however, I’m still getting between 60 and 80 spam calls a day and they keep popping up on my phone although they’re silent and it really is not doing the job. I guess I’m just gonna have to change my number. This should be against the law what the spam colors are doing.

Data Protection with a leak
Massive spike in exposed data following the day leak. Yet to be contacted by the company about the issue.

Aura is on top of protecting PPI from being exposed. I no longer get robo calls and spam text messages. They keep me informed of the latest scams and monitor all personal data. I am super happy with their service and highly recommend them!!
Attempt to call and report identity theft
Spent over 30 minutes on hold while waiting to talk to someone and report a possible identity theft issue. No one ever answered my call.
Navigation problems
Signed up and paid for a year. The AI chatbot is horrendous even for the simplest questions. Questioning my purchase.
Slowed phone
Made my child’s phone too slow and not work properly
Payment portal broken and destroyed connectivity on my child’s phone
He uses it as his primary insulin pump controller and installing this app is more like a virus that protection. Still trying to delete and cancel

If I could give it a lower score, I would. I feel completely scammed by the service and cannot disconnect it from my child’s iPad. It is a trap taking advantage of parents who are concerned for their children’s safety.

I am reassured to know that Aura is in my corner, safeguarding all my financial information.

Never worked for us. Slowed our phones down so much they would not do basic functions. Never allowed me to cancel.

This may be a scam
I signed up for this protection on my identity and I used to get maybe 5 scam calls a day within a day of signing up for this my scammjng calls coming in Inverness 100 times more yes 100 times is not a typo I literally get anywhere from 100-200 scam calls a day after signing up for this service . Coincidence unlikely maybe a way to up the services they sell more than likely .i haven’t heard back from aura but if it quacks like a duck looks like a duck
