Completely Nonfunctional, and the 14-Day Trial Was Not Applied
The app is completely nonfunctional. It crashes whenever I try to log in and frequently crashes while I’m entering information manually. I also keep receiving an “Error Saving Data” message. After several attempts, I finally managed to create an account, but I still couldn’t use the app. The advertised 14-day free trial was also not applied, and I was charged immediately.

I thought this was supposed to protect me. I downloaded only for credit report monitoring of all three bureaus- instead my info was sold (even after filling out forms not allowing this) and now receiving more spam calls and BS than EVER!!!!!!!!

After having aura for a year, I found out from cloaked. It turned up 57 instances of exposure plus dark web. Two days after the auto renew. When I contacted them all I got was the run around, well different apps search differently etc and on and on. Refused to give me my money back. They did not do their job and charged me $130.00. Do not trust this company.

Gave my info away?
Why would you give all those data brokers my new email address that i created to start fresh? they are now the ONLY ones who have it that i didn't give it to. I think this might be a scam on behalf of these very brokers.

They advertise that they remove your data but you manually have to go into the sketchy websites and do it your self. Only good thing is the VPN

I downloaded for my daughter and I. I followed all of the steps and even researched the app. It does not function. I’m stuck at the steps to set up and the the magic link page. It will go no further. Complete junk.

Drains my battery
The product is great. It does a lot. However, my iPhone 15 Pro has a battery draining issue. I don’t use my phone much, but I am at 32% at the end of the day. It also eats up my cellular data. Do you have any suggestions?

I did everything that it says to do but i am still getting 40 calls aday about loans or whatever else! I run a business and the last thing i need are more calls stopping my production! It hasnt stopped on bit yet!!
