Great app. Easy to use. Allows me to see all of my info and change things when needed.
Broken Login
I so wish my job didn’t use this infuriating company for payroll. I have to log in twice to even see anything and no matter what I click it will never remember my information. Was hoping the rebrand they’d put more effort into it but it’s been years of this being broken.
Login twice
Fix your app. You did an update to change the graphics but didn’t do an update to fix the bug that causes me to have to login twice.

Trash, way better UI under heartland, at least I was able to go back and look at my W-2s. My paychecks and I had a history through the app now it doesn’t even allow us to do that. What happens when somebody acquires someone they like to mess it up
iPhone
If you are an IPhone user, more than half of the menu options are unavailable to you. You can’t even check your payroll.

Now I can’t see my schedule, timesheet or time off request..face it..you guys from whatever 3rd world nation you’re in are really bad at your jobs
Payroll/HR- One Stop Shop
The Auris app is easy to use, allows for easy timekeeping access, looking at paystubs, and can even show your medical benefit information. You can change your bank info easily to reduce employee issues. Timekeeping even allows for geofencing so that employees cannot clock in outside of bounds.

it’s been years. fix the app.
i use this app for work. i’m constantly having issues with it. it drains my phones battery insanely fast. my biggest issue i have with this app is every couple of days it decides to log me out, and i CONSTANTLY have issues logging back in. i always triple check my username and password information is correct, but it tells me that there’s an issue with logging me in. very unreliable!!

Just bad please update PLEASE
I use this for work and every time I try to zoom in on my paycheck it zooms in my entire screen n I can’t get out unless I shut down my phone . It also requires me to login AND verify from my email every single time I want to check my app . It’s very frustrating with the slow responses and glitches that won’t let me zoom out .

You guys are the most incompetent bunch of morons to ever run an app..thanks to you imbeciles I have the pleasure of constantly being unilaterally kicked off the app and having to re-enter the app several times a day..do you get paid for for re-entering apps??? I’d tell you to have sex with farm animals but you guys would probably consider that a compliment
