Nicht für Adressaufkleber geeignet

Mehre Identifikationen haben reibungslos geklappt. Seit ich mich umgemeldet habe, ist die App jedoch nicht mehr für meinen Ausweis geeignet: die Rückseite wird ewig fotografiert, ohne akzeptiert zu werden. Da ich nicht der einzige mit diesem Bug bin und die Entwickler mit copy&paste antworten, ist das wohl so gewollt und die App wird gelöscht.

Hallo, wir entschuldigen uns, wenn es in Ihrem Fall zu einem Problem gekommen ist. Adressaufkleber werden von der App akzeptiert. Falls der Aufkleber allerdings nicht ordnungsgemäß angebracht wurde und dadurch z.B. andere Felder verdeckt, kann das zu dem genannten Problem führen. AUTHDATA nicht empfehlenswert

Der Support von Authdata ist leider miserabel. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen, und auf Anfragen per Mail oder über die App bekommt man entweder keine oder nur sehr späte Antworten. Man fühlt sich mit Problemen komplett allein gelassen. Insgesamt sehr schlechter Kundenservice – für eine App, die mit sensiblen Daten arbeitet, absolut inakzeptabel. Nicht empfehlenswert
