Takes forever to sign in, doesn’t even register a sign on half of the the time. Glitchy and slow. Far worse than the last one.

Didn’t realize it could get worse than 2.0
Zero stars if possible. This update has been an even bigger nightmare than 2.0 already was. It’s a direct middle finger at every single person who receives services in this state and every employee that works for them. It’s constantly clocking us in for shifts that then suddenly disappear. I have lost over $600 in one month since using this app because the complications are not approved by the state even with time change forms.

Horrible!!! Constant loading even with WiFi off! When you are able to clock in/out by the time you get to your next patient it has paused loading last visit and unable to clock in to new visit. When you are able to clock in the location brings up last patient and not new. You cannot chart or call patients while on app or will log you out and have to start all over it is just a Waste of time!

If I could give it less than 1 star I would
This app is worse than 2.0 at first it wasn’t that bad it was only good for about 2 weeks and now all it does is load for 15 mins and then take that much more time to clock in. This app needs to be fixed or we need a different one cause this is ridiculous takes more time to clock in than anything! Then when you clock out it loads and half the time you don’t know if it active clocked you out.
