Subscription Trap – No Clear Consent & this APP appears inactive.

I have had this app installed on my phone since 2023, but I was not actively using it. A few days ago, I accidentally opened the app, and without clear confirmation or consent, it automatically triggered a purchase for a yearly subscription!!.

I immediately requested a refund from Apple, but unfortunately, my request was denied twice. This experience feels very misleading and concerning, as subscriptions should never be initiated without explicit user approval.

I believe this situation should be reviewed, as it raises serious concerns about user consent and billing transparency.

The issue resolution speed is very slow.

意味がわからない

契約した覚えがないのに6,000円が急に引き落とされていた。どうすれば解約、返金されるのか。アプリは全部英語で分からないし、怖すぎて眠れない。

ユーザーの皆様、ご意見をお寄せいただきありがとうございます。サブスクリプションをキャンセルする場合は、Apple ID 設定 -> サブスクリプションで見つけ、3 日が経過する前にキャンセルしてください。そうでない場合は、Apple のサブスクリプション規則に従って、料金が自動的に請求されます。

対応がひどいです。

まず、画面がわかりにくく無料と有料の区別がつきにくい。間違えて購入。

間違えて購入したことを伝え、返金、キャンセルの希望があると申し込んだところ、なぜキャンセルするのかを聞かれて回答したところ音沙汰なしで二ヶ月も連絡なし。
一回も使ってないのに返金ができていません。連絡は何度送っても返ってこず、対応がひどすぎます。

返金依頼どうするか聞いても回答が返ってきません。

Despise Apple who does not allow you to easily DELETE an app just keeps it ‘hidden’. Hate that they to control every aspect of your phone. Hate it!!!

Despise this and all other apps invented by crooks with no original ideas and which try to imitate another app to sucker people to ‘buying’ it! But mainly because….
Stupid Apple idiots don’t allow you EASILY DELETE a fake app.

If the phone itself wasn’t FREE and my obedient droid finally dead and buried after many faithful years- with ceremony-

Rip-off

Product add placed at top of search to deceive people into thinking it’s what they searched for. Looks like Microsoft product but is not. Does not work. App Store should remove and offer refund

You people need to 1. Stop trying to make more money off your clients with this product. 2. You need to give better explanations and instructions so people can set this app up. I ham very disappointed in you and will not use this app.

And number 3. People want to speak to a person when they call. Get us a customer service department with real people who SPEAK REAL ENGLISH WHO LIVE IN AMERICA instead of Indians, South Americans, or Asians.

GIVE US A BREAK!!!!!

Doesn’t work properly for me

The app provides me a number and my computer provides me a number , but neither will accept the number that the other provides. Very frustrating.
