Absolute Rubbish App
Enter Member No & phone number then all you get is a single screen to contact them in case of breakdown. No page to check/view/edit policy/membership info. Or anything more. It’s like a child designed the app. If this is what their app is like god knows how efficient their service is. Going to cancel the policy.

So far so good
Maybe have a newer version than others, but have found the app works really well. When you are all flustered, broken down at the side of the road, all the details are there and I don’t have to worry about getting membership numbers, car details etc and it’s all saved in the app. Updates work well on it too. Hadn’t for kids too who aren’t so keen to ring up and talk to a real human 😆

Seems ok
I’ve not had the login issues people have mentioned. Not had to use it yet but seems pretty simple. It says they use your gps to find you but it could use a location map for the user as well incase you’re not familiar with the area.

Unable to register in the app. Continuously says “enter a valid phone number” when my mobile number entry is correct
Doesn’t work
Can’t even login to your own account don’t waste your time clearly isn’t maintained
