Absolute Rubbish App
Enter Member No & phone number then all you get is a single screen to contact them in case of breakdown. No page to check/view/edit policy/membership info. Or anything more. It’s like a child designed the app. If this is what their app is like god knows how efficient their service is. Going to cancel the policy.

So far so good
Maybe have a newer version than others, but have found the app works really well. When you are all flustered, broken down at the side of the road, all the details are there and I don’t have to worry about getting membership numbers, car details etc and it’s all saved in the app. Updates work well on it too. Hadn’t for kids too who aren’t so keen to ring up and talk to a real human 😆

Seems ok
I’ve not had the login issues people have mentioned. Not had to use it yet but seems pretty simple. It says they use your gps to find you but it could use a location map for the user as well incase you’re not familiar with the area.
Unable to register in the app
Unable to register in the app. Continuously says “enter a valid phone number” when my mobile number entry is correct

It asks me to enter my phone number and membership number which I do. It returns ok message then nothing else happens. I can’t get past this point

Enter my sign up settings, phone number membership number. Press save settings, a pop box comes up with ok. In background I can see it egg timing. Regardless of clicking ok or waiting 10 mins, it simply refuses to accept the correct membership settings.
Just goes to save settings save settings no way to proceed.

Can’t get past the Setting page!
Downloaded this after buying a policy, entered my phone number and membership number, tapped ‘save settings’. ‘ok’ then pops up on the screen, tap that and goes back to save changes screen! So I can’t even get into the app. Hope the breakdown cover is better than the app.

I’m asked for a membership number. What membership? I can’t proceed from that screen.

The one thing this app is designed to do is to report a breakdown and couldn’t manage that when needed.
Having gone through the various steps it failed right at the end when checking for a postcode interpreted it as Glasgow when I live in Surrey. With the correct postcode the app does not let you progress and offers a telephone to call.
Aside from not working there is a lot of information that could be entered in the app settings prior to any breakdown to speed things up and avoid this particular issue.
Quite literally a waste of time and storage space on the phone. Deleting.
