False advertising
The prices are more expensive in app than on the website. It also lies about the discount you receive. It says 50% off in the app, while the website varies between 30-36% off, and the website is still cheaper somehow. It’s a big cash grab, and they don’t allow you to change or cancel your subscription in the app. What’s the point of the app? It’s this: to make you spend more money than is necessary. Other than that, it’s not useful. You can do everything on the website, cheaper, with more access. Still a rip off though.

the app is basically identical to the website. some features like FAQ even redirects you to the website. if you want to
keep track of your subscription just add the shortcut to your home screen, if you don’t find that useful the app is equally useless.

The App is… glitchy
I wish this app was more helpful in ordering and keeping an eye on my subscriptions. It just is blank and keeps cycling. Plus the subscriptions make no sense. I like the product but the website is far easier to use.
Big upgrade to Nylon brush head
The new nylon brush head is a major upgrade over silicone. I'm super happy about this new change!

Easy to use and they don’t send an overwhelming account of notifications. I only get what I really want. So easy to shop for extra accessories, and I love how easy it is to follow along for sales!
