Would Not Rent From Them Again
Very disappointing experience. I received the car about 40 minutes late. The vehicle was dirty, had an unpleasant smell, the washer fluid was empty, and the tire pressures were uneven. The passenger-side mirror was damaged and the bumper appeared to be held together with tape. Received EV at 2% Charge I also experienced problems charging the vehicle. Despite these issues, I was charged $10 for returning the car 15 minutes late. Overall, the vehicle was not in the condition I expected and I would not rent from this company again.

Worst rental company
Totally fraud company don’t ever visit or rent a car from these guys you will get scammed their Tesla’s don’t work properly. They charge you for every hour. Their customer support is very slow.
App stop functioning
It’s been 2 weeks since a problem with the app has begun and has yet to be resolved. The app is not recognizing the vehicle. According to customer service, the engineers have been informed. App issues should not take this long to resolve.
When the app was working, it was reliable. Hopefully an update can be made to fix this issue promptly as there are people still relying on this app as supplementary income.

They are big scammers they keep sending me collections notices. I didn’t owe them any money but still harassing
Never use this app
Nothing more broken or worthless have I ever encountered in my life. This is not an app; it is just a piece of trash. Absolutely nothing works. They gave me an uncharged car. I couldn’t work at all. Four hours, wasted nerves, and nothing more. And on top of all that, they refuse to refund the money paid for their so-called service, which I never received.

Total Scam (650 dollars cancellation fees for what???)
I newly installed app to see pricing so I started the booking process, it said $6 something an hour but no total price was there so in order to get total week amount I continued to see the total price. All of a sudden trip was booked and they want a $650 something cancellation fee. Disaster company! Will never visit this and not even recommend to anyone!

Be careful before renting a car. They have made up their own rules. Even though the make, model, and class of the car they will give you are not specified, if you cancel your reservation just one minute after booking, they charge you 130 dollars
Very straight forward
So far the experience has been very straight forward as long as you read the policy then you should be fine. Everything is quite literal and is expected to be followed to the letter, if your not that type then maybe this platform will not work out for you. But if you willing to follow everything the working experience with this app is quite convenient.

All five star ratings are fake. Do not rent their cars, fraud and they’re out of business in the Toronto area. This is what happens when you don’t know how to change with the times, you’re out of business and I hope they get the karma for all they money took from others.

Don’t waste your time on this app. They are no longer in operation, no customer service to talk to, no cars to actually rent, but the app is still up and available to take your money. Not an authorization either, the system will post it, so that it will be incredibly difficult to get your money back.

This company is a scam—believe me, do not install the app. I’m editing my review because they have already scammed me once, and now they’re doing it again with my second booking. They continue to take money from my account without resolving my previous issue. There was no car available when I went to the garage, and you can’t even cancel within 24 hours. They keep attempting the transaction every other day. What kind of world are we living in where this is allowed?

I booked a vehicle on may 3rd in a week advance & once I arrived to the hub there was no vehicles available and they took my money, support does not work they do not respond I am currently filing lawsuit against this company

Bad bad bad customer service, scamming out of hard working Uber drivers. Cars 4/5 severely damaged and stinks. Do not use this company! Run, run run!
Worse company ever
Paid for 14 hours and was never able to access the car, placed calls, left chat messages and no answers, I was charged $ 130, I never got my money back and no one is even responding to the phone call I making, no response to my emails and no response to my chats. You should be ashamed to take money from hardworking people like myself.
