Great app for laundry
I love that its digital and i dont have to bother with coins for laundry. Shows my balance along with how much time is left on my machines
Useful
You get to see the timing of stuff. The UI is kind of paltry but functionality is rly good. Good job backend engineers 🫡
Review
After a year never had any issues with machines or digital payment

Super easy to use!
Easy to use
Very convenient. Never have had any issues with the app. Works great.
Best app for laundry
Amazing when it comes ti fairness easy to manage
Machine
Machine 17 fails frequently mid-wash. Multiple service calls have not resulted in a long-term fix. Residents don’t use it because you can’t trust it.
Simply Works!
High quality washers and dryers that simply work!
I like them They are Convenient.
I never had any issues with them and I like how they show u on ur phone when the cycle has stopped.
Dissatisfaction
Good for washing clothes and whatnot, but the app will not let me remove my card which is a problem I do not want to add a new card on file I simply just want to remove my card off file. Not convenient at all, that issue is alarming and concerning.
Love it
Very convenient!!!!
So convenient!
Love this app. So easy to load and use, and the timers are helpful.
Hot water would give you a five star!
The wash machine only puts out cold water. I would give it a five star if hot water work for the whites!
Super easy and accessible
I love being able to use the app for all my life washing and drying needs! 10/10 🤘🏾
When it works
This app works just fine until you have a change of your network name due to a change of equipment, router, network name, and password to the network. I tried everything to change my app password, it never happened. The app sent a message saying an email was sent to change my password, it never happened. I can’t use the app now. I even tried a new email on another phone never happened. Overall, you will have problems if you have network name change.
