I like them They are Convenient.
I never had any issues with them and I like how they show u on ur phone when the cycle has stopped.
Dissatisfaction
Good for washing clothes and whatnot, but the app will not let me remove my card which is a problem I do not want to add a new card on file I simply just want to remove my card off file. Not convenient at all, that issue is alarming and concerning.

The wash machine only puts out cold water. I would give it a five star if hot water work for the whites!

When it works
This app works just fine until you have a change of your network name due to a change of equipment, router, network name, and password to the network. I tried everything to change my app password, it never happened. The app sent a message saying an email was sent to change my password, it never happened. I can’t use the app now. I even tried a new email on another phone never happened. Overall, you will have problems if you have network name change.

Impossible
Garbage! I got a new phone, same number and I cannot establish contact anymore. No new pw was sent to my email and I am prevented from even making a new account because the app recognizes my number. I lost cash and I’m locked out of the service
Reliable & Easy To Use
This app has proven to be easy to set up and use in my apartment building’s laundry room. It clearly shows which machine I’m using, the amount of time left in cycles, and a history of use and purchases. I love that the developers didn’t weigh it down with bells and whistles that would have made it difficult to navigate or maintain. Simple and straightforward is all that’s needed.

Most times the washers and dryers are working fine. Sometimes when there is problems my Spouse won’t get an answer as he does the washing and corresponding if problems arise.
Good machines
Never see any service people cleaning the machines. Is this ever done. My clothes could be cleaner
