Aven credit app with free weekly Starbucks
I got free $5 sign up, then free weekly Starbucks gift card for drink up to 52 wks. Nice credit and home checking app.
Needs Work
The free $5 gift cards only work for a certain number of weeks, i.e. 24 weeks. Disappointing. Even worse, for their cash giveaway each Friday at 9pm, the app completely crashes and is inoperable shortly before and during 9pm, so you can’t actually enter to win. And worst of all - the financial information on the app is completely wrong. Home value is wrong, debt is wrong, credit card balances are wrong. Terrible app!

App is a joke
I’ve been waiting for awhile for my payout from referrals. Nothing. I got bank and card set up with stripe and is accepted. Still nothing. And there is no kind of support to contact. They send you a link to set up a call back. But when you put your number in it says no booking dates available like wth for real. Stop scamming people or get your app working like it should. And anyone who has left a good review on this app either got paid to or they aren’t real. This is app is a JOKE.

After set up, terms change to require direct deposit for promotions. Linked direct deposit accounts aren’t recognized by the app. Direct deposits from US Treasury not recognized. Email support and no response. Beware of bait and switch after collecting all your info.

They just keep making up more and more data requirements for you to keep getting your gift cards. They’ve stopped mine because they need me to show more sources of income? And they don’t allow non-plaid connections to Fidelity.

Bait and switch ad offering $5 Dunkin credit per week for 52 weeks but they stopped after 2weeks…WOW
I clicked on an ad that offers a $5 Dunkin Coffee credit every week for 52 weeks as long as I have the app on my phone. They stopped the credits after 2 weeks. They are scammers and it’s sad that marketing has come to this now. I’m assuming people don’t write reviews or they just hope this would increase their fake app user stats. Whichever investor has invested in this is clearly not paying attention how they run this business.

Horrible app
I’ve had my account with Aven for years. I followed all the steps to sign up properly and never received the $5 sign up bonus. Also, I’ve used their referral program and have referred quite a few people and never received the $5 bonus for my referrals. I’ve reached out to their customer support team multiple times through email and never received a response. I’ve made the mistake by signing back up thinking it would change but nothing has yet to happen. I’ve wasted a lot of my time using this app and I feel like I’m wasting my time writing this review. I’m done using this app for good.

Signed up for an account to receive a $5 Starbucks card weekly. Still haven’t received a gift card for two weeks and have tried emailing the company multiple times with no response. Clearly they are just trying to scam people.
